Dear sir, On the month of august i got a fraud job call from shine.com. I paid above 75k which is refundable as per the person conversation as a security money. Till now i not get any response. I complain in consumer forum. After that lawyer name s. K rathore attend my case and he send me a scan copy of cheque of rs 78k. Till now i not get the cheque by qurrer. I need a help and refund my money. Shine.com not help me to get refund the money. The contact number of s. K rathore is [protected]. How can i get refund it?? Kindly give me a solution. Than your amount will refund so many candidates registered complain on our website but no action all complain. If candidates take action and pay court fee than issue the notice from court. You know the means of notice, company don't want his name blacklisted by court so company agree to refund lost of candidate got his hard earn amount. So i[censored] take action your amount also refund. S.K. rathore Ms. Sudipta This evidence is enough for refund your amount, first you have to pay court fee- 240 + notice charge 750. when you pay fee we dispatch the notice to company behalf of you, we don't send mail we just take action against company we will provide the notice copy when we dispatch today your notice will be dispatch so plz make payment for take action. you have to pay fee only when we get the cheque than we will send the soft copy of cheque That time you have to pay 2% of total amount.
