Shivsu Canadian Clear — Water treatment equipments - on time delay

I am Rajesh Verma.K from Chennai. I have placed Order on Shvisu Canadian Clear on 15th jan 2016 and released an Advance Payment by Cheque No.000013 (Hdfc Bank) dated
15th jan 2016 for Rs.6, 50, 000/-
They have offered to deliver the plant within 60 days. However I have not got the plant by the deadline. I have approached the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear and asked
for delivery of the equipments. Based on the discussions I have made full payment as per their Proforma Invoice No.01568 dated 18th jan 2015 vide my Cheque No.000013
dated 15th jan 2016 drawn on Hdfc Bank for Rs.6, 50, 000/-.
After receipt of payment, Shivsu Canadian Clear dispatched the equipments. I have received the equipments and requested the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear to send
their servicing team to install and commission the equipments. However shivsu has not send their team for installation of the equipments as per their promise. The
delay in installation of the equipment has caused me a little tension for me and after some follow-up with the supplier Shivsu Canadian Clear has deputed their
Servicing personnel and installed the equipments. The equipments were commissioned and test and trial run has been made by the team.
