We had our Greece trip in Apr 20 but due to pandemic we couldn't travel. We had booked our trip through shoes on loose. Since lockdown the owner is absconding. He is not responding on any calls. Also his team is dissolved. we cannot contact him at all. On enquiry with the hotels in Greece we came to knw that they have not received any payment against the booking and the booking is already cancelled. But the owner of shoes on loose Mohit has not provided us any refund or credit note. Now his email id is also not working. We are helpless Was this information helpful? |
