I Have Booked My Honeymoon Trip With Shoes On Loose Company. I Have Paid 1, 10, 000 Rupees In Two Instalments. Flight Tickets Were Booked By Them As Well. Later On International Travel Was Banned Due To Corona Pandemic. I Have Followed Up With Them Continuously For A Long Time But I Did Not Get Any Resolution. They Have Asked Me To Cancel The Flight Which They Have Booked, I Tried To Do That As Well But No Money Was Refunded To Me. They Have Stopped Picking Up Calls, Replying To Emails/Whatsapp As Well.

I made booking for Dubai but due to covid everything got cancelled and Mohit poddar is also not responding to calls and messages please help in issuing my refund.

Basically I paid advance for a package to Bali which was utilised to book our flight tickets. However due the COVID lockdown the flights and travel plans were cancelled as per government orders. However I’ve been very patient with the agency for they have been telling that the refund of flights has been in terms of credit and can be utilised for future bookings and no cash refund is possible. I’m ok with that also but the agency has not been responding. They are trying to cheat. I understand the industry is hit but when the airlines has refunded for which I have proof email from the airline itself I don’t know what is the problem of the agency to refund or book tickets for me. I enquired with other agencies and they say the airlines has refunded cash. I hope this platform helps in resolving my issue

We had our Greece trip in Apr 20 but due to pandemic we couldn't travel. We had booked our trip through shoes on loose. Since lockdown the owner is absconding. He is not responding on any calls. Also his team is dissolved. we cannot contact him at all. On enquiry with the hotels in Greece we came to knw that they have not received any payment against the booking and the booking is already cancelled. But the owner of shoes on loose Mohit has not provided us any refund or credit note. Now his email id is also not working. We are helpless

We planned for a trip to maldives for our honeymoon on March, 2020. As cases were on a rise we decided to cancel our trip before the government imposed lockdown. SOL promised to pay us back 70% of the entire paid sum. But once the lockdown happened, there was no communication from them. After repeated tries, got in toch with SOL where they categorically stated that they could not refund the amount paid and instead asked us to plan a trip to maldives during these pandemic times
That was the last time we heard from them. No one is picking up the calls, mails go un-delivered. They have completely ripped off the entire amount of our hard earned money.
SOL and Mohit Poddar both are cheats of freak nature.

As per your trailling mail, we understand the present market scenario in travel business. The voucher you offered for the same is not bounded for me. But having understand the today's scenario, we can agree on voucher of amount of rs.35000 under certain conditions :-

1. We don't know about kailash expedition, so 1st i want you to share information about kailash expedition:
A) places where kailash expedition operates in india.
B) share web address and contact details, address of kailash expedition.
C) local address of delhi or leh.
2. The voucher you are offering should be of rs.35000 and can avail this voucher at all places where kailash expedition operates in india.
3. The validity of voucher should be utilised and availed till december 2021.
4. We will inform you place and time of journey atleast 1 month before the journey undertaken so that the arrangement can be done by kailash expedition. The journey should be arranged and managed accordingly. If refused or decline to arrange the tour after acceptance or any circumstances appeared for kailash expedition, then refund of money to me will be of shoes on loose responsibility and all the liabilities will be remains and adhere by shoes on loose.
5. Last important point, the total cost of tour will be agreed by both the parties at mutual consent prior to 1 month of tour. The voucher cost will be treated as booking cost, over and above the amount will be given at the time of journey.

Hi mr darshan-

Refund in account is not possible due to the same reasons you stated as we are also not getting refunds from the airline or hotel or any other partner - the only way to secure the amount is for your future travel as booked for the dates extended upto sep 2021- we would advise you to just think and let us know in due time as a rational human being i am sure you will understand our hardships and not make claims which you also know can't be addressed in the given circumstances. This is in your interest as well as you will be able to avail this holiday which we have planned

Also the t&c mentioned in the invoice mentions that refunds are subject to approval from the end service providers and once you agree to the t&c - the cancellation policy please read has a min service charge which shoes on loose would charge for processing the booking

This complaint is regarding the the Trip booked to Turkey in April for 2 people from shoes on loose with complete payment of 204000 Rs.
Due to Covid, everything got cancelled and shoes on loose got the refund of flights and also future booking credit notes from the turkey vendor, but they not provided a single penny refund or any voucher.
Mohit Poddar is the owner who was looking into it before running away and disconnecting all kind of communications.
He also received flight booking refund in his wallet and as credit shel which he denied refunding.
Kindly get in touch if some one else facing the same issue.

I had booked a trip for my husband and myself after seeing kusha kapila’s post on shoes on loose - maldives trip. That was the first time i came across this company. I live in the united kingdom and only because kusha had posted about this trip and i trust and like her, i booked a trip to dubai for july and was really looking forward to it.

But then coronavirus happened and there’s no way we can go on that trip now.in...

Humne laddakh package liya tha is company se aur ye humara worst decision tha life ka. After sale services are the worst i have ever seen in my life. Nobody was picking up the call. Shoes on loose se package lekar paise waste na kare, its my advice. Koi response nahi karte hai agar kuch problem face hoti hai during the trip. We have booked the trip in the month of April. Hotels as mentioned into the package was not so good. Pura holiday waste kar diya humara in logo ne.

I would like to complaint about the Ladakh trip booked by me through your website Travel Triangle.
This is a serious complaint of a travel agent "SHOES ON LOOSE". They have been cheating people by committing false promises. This travel agent charged us full amount of money in advance i.e. 42000 INR (4 PAX) & have not provided the services as said like:

1. As per them the driver will be at our disposal during the trip. Where as Driver was never at our disposal.
2. They committed us for local shopping & site seeing at Leh but they never provided one. I have paid extra money to the driver for that. Actually who doesn't provide local site seeing?
3.They told us that No bon-fire is allowed in Ladakh region but actually it is allowed. they are providing false information. We paid extra for the same at Nubra Valley.
4. It was my husbands bday, I asked for a cake, Please see the picture of the cake attached provided by them. It was already eaten from one side & was completely stale. I again paid 400 INR for the same.We even couldn't eat a singe piece of the same.
5.They provided us camp at Nubra valley - Natures Nest that was again bad. We couldn't close the door of camp at night. It was damn cold & Door Zippers were not working.
6. The camp they provided us at Pangong Lake - The Royal Camp was not having electricity through out the day. More over there was no charging point to charge the phone.
