I had purchased smartab from shop cj .when tablet was delivered I found that the tablet, s screen was broken.I complaint shop cj many time but no respond. My order no is [protected]. We purchased an electolux oven through shop cj
When the product is delivered two things belonging to the oven i.e., glass turn table and warranty card cum user manual are missing which are part of the order.
We called and booked complaint many times and it has almost been a month but no response.
The customer care executives are really worst in communication they doesn't know wat they are telling and referring to...
Each one says Onething. They said they will exchange the product and give everything new and some said they will send the missing products.
The order is placed on the name of k.nv ramalakshmi
The order no. Is [protected]
The product name Electrolux grill microwave oven 20litres white colour
The booked date is 17/05/2016.
Delivered date is 22/05/2016.
Please take action as soon as possible.
We are Wexed up with this calling and talking to customer care though the product delivered we couldn't use it because of the missing products.
I never expected this type of service from shop cj.
If this is not rectified we will never purchase things.
All these years we ordered so many products everytime the response was good this time it's really worst very bad network of communication .
