It is to inform you that I have booked an order of bedsheets vid order no stated above. The order details was shared with the fraud person which first message me for a jackpot stating the order details. The message is here by attached. The mobile no is also attached. I am very shocked to here about my accurate order details through your company. I saved myself with my wisdom but this brings a question mark about your privacy policy. Now I cancel my order. I will never recommend your online marketing.

I have received a call from [protected] (Sameer). I was told my name is selected as part of promotion activity. I will be the lucky one to bag one of the three prize

Dell laptop
50k cash

However to avail this i need to shop for 3500/-

The portal is not supporting hence i need to make the payment as per their secured channels. I feel it's fishy. Kindly look into it and confirm me.

Also, can u also roll out a communication to customers to avoid any such interactions that my lead to financial fraud.

The lady who had called said il have to go to shop cj site and click on items on tv. And after that il have to shop 3000/- and above then only i can avail the gift.
They were supposed to send me a email, but i said im busy.

They have all the details like address, and name of the person.
But good part is she didnt had my full address.

Kindly look into the matter i have written everything so that no one should get fooled by this kind of calls.

I have purchased 2 surya magic portable wash.. I have opened the machine and tried to use followed by instructions accordingly but once on the switch.. Motor got smelled and damaged in a second.. I haven't opend another machine. Now i want to return both machines..

Received the following message and few calls related to this order i placed recently:

Dear customer, congratulation, you have product order on 29/01/2019 from shop cj (Pvt. Ltd) tv show out in shop cj (Pvt. Ltd) company, your name to open lucky draw mahindra scorpio car cost rs. 16, 50, 000.00 you have received two option 1st option - mahindra scorpio car 2nd option - cash 16, 50, 000.00 after registration.

Additionally specifies registration cost and contact details.

As it was shown on tv, product seems to be small in size and not as expected.

So i called call centre, they said that shop cj has return policy. Means they will not take electronic product return.

This is rediculus, as all other company in market take the product back if it doesnt make up the customer expectation.

They shoud take the product back and refund teh money.

Purchased almirah organiser 30 pieces set 2 days back. Since then rcvng calls from all over india telling me i m online winner n they have all my details including my email id address n the item i purchased. Rcvng calls from different mobile numbers several times a day.. This is highly unacceptable n i am cancelling my order n inform cyber cell here that this company shop cj circulates customer details to fraud people.

This is to bring to your notice that your customer data is getting leaked/hacked.

I got a call from phone - [protected] yesterday, giving me all the details of my shop cj order number and stating that you own a prize (Tata safari). And then asking the 12000 for processing of it. Which is known fraud.

Please take this complaint and take appropriate action against the person with the above number.

Also, check how your information is getting leaked,

Kindly take this as a serious problem which could damage your brand.

Recently i purchased a product from cj shopping where i provided my name, address and phone number as per the delivery rules. Soon after that i started receiving fraud calls like i have won tata safari and cash worth lakhs of rupees beacuse of the purchase that i made on cj shopping. The person calling me up had all my details like what i ordered, my name, my address. The same thing happened to my mother and father who ordered something from. The same site. We are worried about customers data leak by the cj shopping site. Please take note of it and make sure to curb such scams.

Today received one message as shown below:

When asking them the company name they send me this message:

This address is of Flipkart India/Internet Private Limited and they have just taken Internet Pvt Ltd as there company name and address of Flipkart.

I asked them to drop a mail but they refused and not giving any confirmation.
It is all clearly a fraud and which is running under your brand name.

I am also going to mention this case in Cyber Crime Cell, my parents were about to getting sacked into this fraud but many such other people who are not aware of how to check the authenticity will definitely pay the fine for this.

I would request you to find these people working in some or the other department of yours as they know that we have ordered something on this date.

Many people must have ignored but many can fall for this scam.

With reference to the above order i wish to inform that i got damaged hair remover and that too without batteries.. As specified in the site that battery comes with it... The hair remover is not working properly and is not able to remove any hair... And i further want to mention that i have placed the order from shop cj and got the order from your site only.. But the inner box labeled as homeshop18.. I am attaching image of the outer box here... I must say... Totally disappointed this time..

I had paid for a portable water heater booked online. A hussain is my name.
Received package on 31 jan 19. Mob [protected]. Order no. [protected].
Order date 26/1/2019. Suborder no.[protected]. Branch code - jam
Complaint — the packet was delivered on 31 jan 19. On opening the wrapping the portable water heater nozzle was found broken along with cracked bottom casing. The wrapping was shabbily done with no bubble wrapping around the heater. The heater was just placed in a cardboard carton which itself was smaller than the heater. The water inlet nozzle below the heater was broken along the the bottom casing. The packaging was absolutely bad. Seller name as per package cover was — ravitech, kirti nagar new delhi.
I want reimbursement of money. The item was damaged badly. Please do the needful.

Totally unbecoming of such a company to deliver bad damaged products.

I request all the customers that shop cj is a fraud company and harassing them because of their fault. I have ordered product on 24 july which was defective they have taken 999/ +200 =1200 for that. When the product was defective it is their responsibility to send at my place with any extra money e. G. Delivery charge. After having conversation on the phone as well as on mails i have a conversation with cse anuja as well as shagufta khan cse many times they send mails also. I told them various times that i am not going to pay any single money from my pocket for the replace order they had my money 1200 with already they have to adjust it with that money. This was not my fault. When i talked with anuja she told me i don't have to pay any single money or delivery charge as my money 1200 is already with them. She said yes it's their bloody wording and told me to inform the department to do online payment while ordering my replace product so i did the same but they denied it. From that time onwards they have start ignoring me by not replying my mails i tried my best but the shagufta khan send me a mail informing me that they have already given my 999/ through coupon but not given 200 rupees. They are shameless ridiculous and # but then also they are not helping me out and taking 200 for the delivery charge as i paid it earlier. They don't have self respect at all and a big fraud. They didn't help me out. Today i have ordered my replace product then also charged me 200 extra for the charges. They are big # and kept my bloody money with them only for their fault and torturing the customers from 7months. God is there watching everything the company shopcj have to pay for this. They keep their own words and solve the issue. It is a loss for me they will never understand the customers feelings at all. It's my money got stuck not theirs. They are happy that i have paid extra money very shameless company. They got extra money instead of having my money with them. God will curse them for this. They don't want to provide the solution that's why they started ignoring my mails. They are hurting the feelings of customers i went it for 8 month then also they are # only. Mere paise pachenge nahi. They are not doing their duty properly. Anuj he is a manager was very rude and the staff also. I always pray their company is not trustworthy at all. The mental trauma which i gone through is really not easy at all. They don't have any right to take extra money for their benefits for their fault. None other company do this because for them customers is right and make sure they never trouble the customers

Till now no reply have come from there side they are useless and not trustworthy at all. After providing various details about the product with code many times with my number as well as through mails then also they always make excuses that they don't have any details in their system i mean it is ridiculous. They are not even bothered to solve the issue immediately. They never respond to my mails. They are enjoying the benefits with my 1200/ which i have paid it to them but again they want 200 rupees for the charges which i will never give it to them as i have paid it already to them. They don't have dignity, self respect, and not even care about their reputation at all. They always harassing the customers as they are paying the money. From last 7months they are traumatized me a lot by not replacing my product. They told me to again place the order with the coupon of 999/ with expiry date so i did it as they had conversation with me and told me to inform them about online payment so that i willl not have to pay the delivery charge which i had paid it to them 1200/. The complaint department never co - ordinate with them and inform them about the conversation to them. They are like i am stealing money from other house. This is really not done. Instead of solving the matter they are avoiding me my mails. My money got stuck with them not theirs but they never understand and say they can't help me out. They are # i don't have any patience at all i just that matters should end fast.

I ordered a washing machine with order number [protected] on 14.1.2019 from pune, maharashtra. The washing machine i received was not in working condition. I want to return it.
But when i am trying to contact them. Nobody is either receiving the call or the number is not working. I am unable to return the product. No cooperation from shopcj authorities. They have cheated me by sending a product that was not working.

No use of complaining in this site because it is not helping me out. Everytime you send a message that shopcj will reply you back and my complaint is forwarded to them but are ### chutiyaas not replying and neither solving the issue. I curse them they will never achieve anything in their company and should be banned. It's 7 month I am facing the issue and they are extremely shameless ### company and off course their staff as well as CSE shatuffa khan, Anuja CSE and upper department. When I had paid the amount then why should I pay the 200 extra. They are ### and never understand the pain which I am going through a long time. They are unnecessarily harassing and torturing me and purposely not replying my mails, but scoundrel not solving the issue. They will never be happy in their own life by not helping me out. Staff are useless as well as the managers also. I had paid 1200/ they told me to replace it by ordering again through the coupon code of 999/ which is provided by them and expecting me to pay the delivery charge. What the hell why I should pay the extra 200 from my pocket it's their duty to deliver my product at my doorstep. They can't do like this why u should be punish because of their fault. Seriously they are big chutiyaas why I should pay penalty. I have send. Mails but not sending any reply at all. It's already 7month when my issue will get solved. What a ### company is this. Received a fraud call regarding my order that i hv won tata safari car in lucky draw. They hv all my order details along with my postal address. They have asked me for my alternate no. So that they can send details to me. They have instructed that i hv to register with amt of 6k so that they can send me car or cash (Amt of car). I called to shop cj cust care and intimate them regd this call. They simply said it was fraud call but they hv no ans how all the details hv been provided/ leaked.
