Star CJ is the worst service provider i have ever seen,
their commitment is false & more than worst services. even after repeated calling they dont have satisfactory answers.
delivery commitment is false, no any senior management team to take up any issues, they have no respect of customer query or satisfactions.
& for sure would never like to have any future relation or service from this so called agency.

Item code:-102566 & 103210, in which item code - 103210 has been delivered but other item code-102566 has not been delivered till date.

Either delivered the undelivered product, else i will go to consumer court.

same with me.Starcj is probably the worst site to shop from.I had ordered 3 starfish kettle on 22 oct and after to much delay i got one kettle and after calling 10 times i got one more but still i have not got 1 remaining kettle.Starcj's customer service quality is so low that they try to harras you and further frustrate you.We had to gift these kettle on diwali, but today it is 27 november and diwali was on 13th. My order no is. [protected]. And have spent more than Rs 200 on calling for complaints as it is not a toll free number. So, be cautious of buying at Starcj alive as their is no way of customer grievance redressal at starcj.com .

    i ordered 2 products from star cj alive on 22 august........easy mop and towels...............i ordered for the products via their website and paid online via net banking........during dat time......they had a scheme that whosoever shop for and pay online will get a gift voucher of snapgalaxy.com...........i didn't got d same.......after waiting almost a month....i decided to complain........after 2-3 weeks of complain....they just e-mailed the voucher for only a single product and told me i have to again complain for the second product.....again after waiting a long they just called back stating that the scheme had expired........its my fault not theirs fault......why the customer had to complain .........and the company just enjoys stating that the sorry the scheme had expired

    Please guys don, t try to buy any product from star CJ alive, all products are not good, they will give a different procduct according to your select product. Govt should be declaired STAR CJ a fraud company.

      I ordered for a Glen mini chopper through Star CJ vide order number [protected] on 28oct11 and was assured this parcel will be sent to me within 5 working days. Inspite of being informed by SMS that my order has been dispatched i have still not received it.

      The customer care executives have given me the docket number of Aramex courier [[protected]] and according to them this parcel has not been sent to them. I have made not less than 30 calls to star cj and also registered a service complaint against them but to no avail. Star cj has not even bothered to call back and inform.

      This is the first time i had shopped with star cj but surely this would be the last keeping in view the sloppy and unprofessional service.

        An Onida Microwave 23L Grill Auto Diamond PC23 (MO 23GSP 11S) booked by me on 08th Sep,2011 and paid Rs.5,999/- online through SBI net banking which was received by the company. But despite repeated requests the above item not delivered by the company till 17th October, 2011 i.e. even after lapse of 40 days. whereas the goods should be delivered within 5-7 working days as assured by the company. Lastly I was cancelled my order on 17th October, 2011 and requested to refund the amount. The amount should be refunded within 5 working days as committed by the company. But it is still laying pending with company. No phone call / mail received from company throughout the entire duration i.e. from 8th September to till date. As and when the matter enquired by me the company asked to resolve the problem within 48 hours. But neither the try to resolve the same nor any reply/ phone call received from their side.

        Please guide me in this regard to move the case against the company with Consumer forum

          I wish to state that I have ordered an Inalsa Food Processor 1 unit vide order No.[protected] dated 6th October, 2011. I have not yet received the product and its been 32 days since I have ordered the product, whereas on website it is mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5 or 6 days.

          Further, I have spoken to customer care executives on 1st November and 4th November, wherein I was given an assurance that I will be called by some senior executive within a day.

          Having not received the call by 6th November , I have again called on STARCJ helpline and spoken to Anshu and the phone was disconnected by them after waiting for call transfer to senior executive and thereafter i called once again and spoke to Sonu Amvore on 6th November, 2011 again there was no response.

          I request consumer court to take the necessary and appropriate action against STARCJ for this harassment and inconvenience caused.

            I ordered "Purple Heart Bed Tray (New)" from STAR CJ online after paying Rs 999 with online bank transfer and the order no.[protected] and the next day I cancelled the product and asked them to refund the money. They assured me to refund the money within 15 days. It has been one and half month they have not done a refund of my money.
            I have been calling their customer care so many times and every time I have to narrate the story to them what happened. Then they will hold my call for few minutes and get a response that will get a call back in one hour or one day, but will never ever received a call back.

            Please make them to get my refund.
            I think star CJ is a big scam company and they seems to be never give refund to so many people.
            My request to the poeple please never buy anything from the STARCJ........they are the big scamsters.

            My experience with Star CJ is the same as u Mam and I have also been send a defective Maharaja JMG JX 207 (Blue) vide order No.[protected] dated 15.3.2015 and from the date of receipt of the product i.e.22.03.2015 no one has cared to verify the product even after lodging of complaint.

            I have demanded refund of money.

              I have made a purchase and paid for the same. It is a Bajaj Food processor.i was supposed to get two free gifts.one of these is damaged and I need a replacement.star Cj has noted down my complaint and agreed to make the replacement.The Main product too has a defective part which The Demo Technician has offered to replace.
              My main concern is that The telephone No.flashing on screen and also forwarded on our mobiles as an sms ( No [protected] ) does not exist.to a customer this tantamount to Fraud.I sent two emails to star cj and have not even received and acknowledgement.When I call the tele executives refuse to transfer my calls to a supervisor,
              I need not be a purchaser ,I may be a prospective customer and have a right to tell star cj that the telephone number is incorrect,
              I am sure in your forum you are in the position to help out in this matter,thousands of viewers will benefit,

I Called them so many times and they promise me that someone from starCJ will call you soon for your resolution but i never get call from them. One of the customer care ex i have talked is Ms Sonia.

                I have order a jewellery collection on Star CJ of bangle size 2.6. But I received 2.4. I register my complain three times but each time I have delivered with 2.4 size instead of asked 2.6 size. All this is highly unprofessional. Great harassment. Spent too much time, money on weekly basis for complains.

                Big mistake at my end was that I have made a online payment before hand. Thus, now I am running after them to get the refund.

                I will strongly recommend you to stay completely away from this fake site to save your money, time and peace.

                  Star cj alive is very cheap and doing fraud with the customer's. On 17th oct i was booked a oven but still i am not getting my oven and my order no. Is [protected]. I called the customer care many time but the executives told me that we will dispatch your order as soon as possible and gives me the fake commitement many time. And they do not provide the star cj alive officer's mail id.

                    I ordered 2 products from Star CJ Alive's website and the courier guy delivered me only 1 thing.
                    I immediately called star-cj-alive's customer care and I was told that it happens due to shortage and other product will get delivered in few days.
                    Now it has been 45 days and I have called them for more then 10 times, and every time they lie that it will be looked into and delivered soon.
                    I am frustrated waiting on hold for 10-15 mins each time to talk to supervisor, and getting the same negative reply for the 4th time today that he is busy and call me up in few hours (never ever called back).

Today is 23/10/2011.... now its cross the committed period by Star CJ of 10 days of reaching product....
                      my claim:---
                      when i was ordered this product cost is 3595 Rupees... but now these days its come down to 3195 Rupees and the free gifts too like Inalsa Food processer+ Steam Iron and More... i claim for the new rates and the free gifts too.

                        I had ordered a kraft 66 pc steel dinner set Order no. [protected]. I received the set on 19 oct 2011. On opening the package I discovered that there were only 60 pieces as against the said 66. I immediately called customer care and was told I would get a call in 24 hrs to address the problem. 48 hours passed, yet no call from star cj. I called them on 21 oct at 16:37 and was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. Predictably, no call received. Called them again at 9:24 on 22 oct and was promised a call back within 2 hours. 2 hours came and went no call received. Called them again at 21:37 and was promised a call back (again!!!) by monday I.e. 24 oct. Since by now I was tired of the numerous false promises I asked to speak to a supervisor and guess what I got the standard call centre answer - the supervisor is busy. I said I'd wait for the supervisor to get free. Was on line for 30 minutes listening to the hold music, not once did the customer support executive come back to me. Finally, I had to disconnect the call in disgust. I hope star cj looks into the matter and sorts it out on priority. One things for sure, never again will I purchase from star cj and will surely tell all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances of the horrible experience with star cj alive!!

                        Oh and another thing, since you have the order no, the least you can do is check e records and address me by my correct name rather than Mr. pradhikaran !!!

                          On Oct. 07, 2011 I booked a LCD Philips order No. [protected] after seeing their sales promo on TV and payment of Rs. 23,990 made on line by my HDFC Credit card on 08th Oct. 2011, checked from Bank they confirmed that payment made to Star CJ but star Cj denied and confirmed that their system does not reflect my payment and on 09th they cancelled my order but Star cj tele executive confirmed me that your LCD TV will reach you with in 5 working days its 14th Oct. 2011 till evening did not received LCD than asked Star CJ, replied that your order has been canclled on 9th and refund you may get till 18 October.

                          Is this sense doing marketing like this?

                            Harassment by STARCJ on not changing the Samsung CHAMP mobile bought online within one year of purchase. Screen Display is not at all working and Samsung service centre has denied to acknowledge the invoice provided by STARCJ to carry out repairs on warranty.

                            After repeated calls to customer care at[protected], and long waiting no one is able to provide solution to this matter. Warranty for this mobile will lapse on 15th Oct 2011 this week and still no response from STARCJ. I have been promised thrice for a call back however, there are no call backs to address this issue.

                            I want a replacement of the handset immediately, as my lone purchase from STARCJ has proved not to be worthy of discussing with any of my friends or peers.

The add was for Samsung Microwave Oven with free gifts one Hand Grinder, One Casa roll Set and one Bag, One Dosa Tava & Gloves. We booked our order on 9.9.2011 at 12:45 pm called by sarita goel 16/9 palm road shipra sun city indra puram, Ghaziabad.

She committed that your order will receive with all the gift mentioned in our channel add. but when we received the order we did not received the mentioned gifts. then we called them again and they committed that they will send our gifts in two days.                                 I ordered online on this site for a blender and paid them by my credit card a sum of Rs.1195.The product was never delivered to me.On enquiring they said they cannot deliver the product and the amount will be credited back to my account in ten working days.                                   I bought two sets of Sia jewellary from starcj, one was Ayona set ordered in March, 2011 and the other one was Pakhi set, ordered in April 2011. Both the sets hve blackened. I was told to contact Sia Jewellary in Mumbai. but the numbers given are not connecting. Its just a wastage of money to buy from starcj.

                                  sia collection — delivery of wrong and bad quality product and

                                  i have placed an order for jewelery the product code is 461-27 on[protected]TV show), in which you offered 6 or 7 sets of jewelery with free two pair ear rings and one pair of Kangan, but you have send me a wrong product and the quality is also very bad. it very difficult us to send this back. you are cheating the customer.
                                  I thought to buy Jewellery in starcj but after seeing this i am not at all satisfied
                                  I ordered Designer Jewelry Collection By Zaveraat.. I got it on 15th March and night when I checked the packet 2-3 stones were fallen and one pendant set was missing..while the earrings where there. I have always got a good stuff from star cj live. but this is the second time in jewelry orders I have faced such problems and I hate to wait for returning the stuff and waste time to get the same set again. Please check the stuff and then send the products.I am giving POOR RATING FOR THIS. PLEASE EXCHANGE IT MY ORDER NUMBER IS [protected] AND DOCKET NUMBER IS[protected]

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had purchased one SONY ERICSSON MOBILE- CEDAR form STAR CJ LIVE and i made the payment through axis bank credit card. I made the payment on time and i received my product on 24th of july'11. When i checked the whole package i found that i did not get the 2GB MEMORY CARD along with the product which was to be given free of cost to me along with other gifts. However i received other free items. Immediately i contacted the customer care and those people told me that the solution is crediting my star cj account with Rs 200( approx value of the memory card). He said me that i can use this rs 200 along with the discount vouchers which they have given along with the products when i make the next purchase within the prescribed time limit.
                                    Few days back(around 25th of september) i saw one offer of jewellery item and i wanted to purchase that item using my rs 200 and my discount voucher of Rs 150/-. When i tried to place the order i was informed that i cannot place the order using both the account balance and the discount card simultaneously. I told them that it was informed to my by your people that i can use it simultaneously earlier when i made complaint regarding this.
                                    Next the customer care person told me that i cannot use my Rs 200 account balance as it is not credited to my account id and they have registered the complaint and will report within 48 hours and then i can place the order for the same item.
                                    Till date i have not got any call from starcj live customer care persons and the offer is also withdrawn from the list.
                                    Sir please help me in this regard and arrange for the remedy. Either the company should give me my free memory card or they should allow me to use it along with the discount vouchers for the product which i want to buy.
                                    The product which i want to buy is worth 1600/-. I am ready to pay 1250/- for the same.
                                    Please do the needful.

                                      I ordered three product on 25th August 2011 through online shopping of Star CJ Alive website and made 100% payment of product through internet banking. 3 of 2 products delivered to me within 3-5 days while one product still not delivered after making so many calls in their customer care approx 30-40 calls but each time customer care girls or boys says that they will arrange a call back to me but yet nobody called me nor my product is delivered yet.

                                      i am old coustamer of star cj alive.last2 months ago i perchased samsung microwave convection 28 liter its price is Rs.9, 990.when i recived this and with it and another was gift box.Already the gift box was opend and i saw in the box there was no all free gifts immiedately, i called star cj alive but there was no better response.Then ihave 8 complained to star cj but no response. so i decided i will not next perchase from star cj alive.GOd, gave to punished .FROM, NADEEM BAQAI [protected]
                                      i am purchase samsung omnia smartphone actual cost is 23000/- but in this shopping channel i got 15990/- only so i purchase this product online when product receive that mobile camera lens is broken they are not gave me correct information they said to me go to the servies centre. when i go to the service centre they said me the original 8.2 MP camera lens cost is 4950/-.so don't purchase any product from star cj alive worst ...?

                                      Camra — Goods not delivered Yet

                                      ordered a Digital Camra from Star CJ Online Shopping site on 24/10/2011 which assured me delivery of the product within 5-7 working days. My order no. is [protected].

                                      Star CJ says that they have dispatched the product and gave me the reference of the courier company named 'AFL' and my docket (consignment number [protected]) on 2/11/2011.

                                      I have been constantly contacting AFL and STAR CJ with no joy, the product I ordered has still not been delivered to me, on speaking to AFL they say that they have not received the complete product and STAR CJ says they have dispatched. I am stuck in the middle because the payment has been debited from my accont as the payment was made online.

                                      I am sick and tired of the poor and appalling service I have been offered. I have wasted my money and time making calls to both these organisations getting nothing in return....Please Help to close the issue

                                        have purchased a set of easy mpo from starcj in july 2011 by Rs 1500.00 but the handle of the same is now not working hence the full set (un-used )is now useless .cosutmer care no. of easymop ginven by rep. of starcj is not responding. so starcj may either get it repaired Or the may refund Rs 1500
