Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to state that I have ordered an Inalsa Food Processor 1 unit vide order No.[protected] dated 6th October, 2011. I have not yet received the product and its been 32 days since I have ordered the product, whereas on website it is mentioned that the product will be delivered in 5 or 6 days.
Further, I have spoken to customer care executives on 1st November and 4th November, wherein I was given an assurance that I will be called by some senior executive within a day.
Having not received the call by 6th November , I have again called on STARCJ helpline and spoken to Anshu and the phone was disconnected by them after waiting for call transfer to senior executive and thereafter i called once again and spoke to Sonu Amvore on 6th November, 2011 again there was no response.
I request consumer court to take the necessary and appropriate action against STARCJ for this harassment and inconvenience caused.

Either delivered the undelivered product, else i will go to consumer court.
