I have ordered a microwave from shop cj online site. i made the order on 6 Nov 2016. My amount has been deducted from the account but your site didn't receive any order request. I have a proof of transaction of the amount. I called at your toll free number many times but your executive are unable to solve my issue. They take 10 days for it but no response was there. If i don't get the amount refunded from your site I will file a police complaint against your site. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am fed up with their service. i've been calling their customer care to tae the item back. it's more than 20 days. no one came. the material of cloth is ver very cheap and not worth wearing and i have been waiting for the guy.. i am not liking this.

I have purchased Magic mop from from Shop CJ formerly known as StarCJ on 3rd March 2015. Now its not spinning. There is no service center or any repair center available . No warranty mentioned on product or invoice.
