[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Faulty Iball tablet given and no replacement and refund done till now | |||
Hi, I have ordered a mobile handset ie iball calling tablet in july and found that the product is not meeting my qulaity expectationas hence raised a return request. After that i had followd up more than 15 times with the shop cj customer desk but still there is no replacement done from their end. Its more than 3 months now. My order number is [protected]. I also want to provide names of the assoiated persons like ms faiziya (Sales manager customer desk) and mr. Abhijeet (Sales manager) who gave false promises to me that within 10 days it will get resolved or within a week we will get back to you bla bal bla. But reality is, still there is no reverse pick and refund request generated from their side for the faulty product I am having all the phone call recordings and messages from their side which i am going to use in court against them. I am a soldier in indian army, do you seriously think that i deserves this? Please answer. Was this information helpful? | |||
