[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — microwave oven with grill (model # m/o g20m. bb-cg) dated - 13/10/2014 with invoice #[protected] | |||||
Hi, i purchased a microwave oven with grill, model # m/o g20m. Bb-cg from star cj on 13/10/2014 with an offer valid that time for 5 years warrenty on magnetron (Papers attached). Now recently it was not working properly (Heating) hence raised a complaint in customer care by mr. Ravi kumar. An engineer visited my house on 26/06/2018 and replaced switches and magnetron. He charged me rs.2408 (Magnetron rs. 1850 + switches rs. 175 + service charges rs. 384), when i asked him to remove charges for magnetron he said that the warrenty is not valid on this model # m/o g20m. Bb-cg, and is only valid on model # m/o g20m. Ww-cg. Since it was never required earlier i did not verified that. Please advise how to handle this as this is making me not happy, before going to consumer forum or social media, i thought of raising it to you to get this resolved.
