Shop CJ Network — Received My order in damaged condition | |||
My name is satyender tyagi and bI have ordered mattress protector from shop CJ on 20 Aug 2016 ([protected]) and received my order on 26 Aug 2016 in damaged condition ( with stitches of mattress protector open and in tear condition). I raised the replacement request on same day but no action has been taken till date. The order is not yet collected back forgot about the replacement. If Shop CJ is unable to provide me replacement then return my amount of Rs. 1098 as earliest as possible. This the worst online shopping experience I have till now. Homeshop18 and Flipkart are far far better than Shop CJ. Was this information helpful? | |||
