Hi, Greeting !!! This is regarding the request to reprocess the refund for Order no # [protected], as we have not received the same. As per telephonic discussion with shopcj executive, the refund was attempted (NEFT Rs. 1348) on 09 Oct 2017 to the account no # [protected] (SBI, Harni Road) However, when we checked with the bank it was found that the NEFT was returned and was not processed successfully due to some technical reasons. To support this fact, I am hereby attaching the copy of recent bank statement from the account passbook. As you can learn from the statement, last two entries were on 31.05.2017 and 19.10.2017, there was no entry in between means we have not received the refund yet. I kindly request to reprocess the refund in the below mentioned another account: Account no: [protected] (AXIS Bank) IFSC code: UTIB0000451 Account holder name: Shah Anant Maheshbhai Please do the needful at the earliest. This is regarding the request to reprocess the refund in AXIS bank account (Rs. 1348) for Order no # [protected], as we have not received the same yet after 2 months which badly reflects your service level. As per telephonic discussion with shopcj executive, your team is not able to understand simple English, and they are again and again asking me to update my passbook of SBI Bank account - which is incorrect and already discussed/agreed with you over call 1 week ago. [You can refer the call recordings] I want you to reprocess the refund in the below mentioned account by today itself and confirm me over email/call: Account no: [protected] (AXIS Bank) IFSC code: UTIB0000451 Account holder name: Shah Anant Maheshbhai Moreover, I have done over 100 calls/email to shopcj team for solving my issue, which has caused me mental harassment and waste of time. For the same, I want to claim INR 1, 00, 000 (1 Lac) and do the legal procedure for the same, so share your grievance address team contact or shall I directly send legal notice to shopcj company.
