[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Worst product quality and no response from shop cj | |||||
I ordered huma kurtas and got it delivered on 18th of October 2016 the size and the product quality is worst and not fitting properly..so I called customer care and asked for return procedure and wanted a refund the rep said it will be returned and complete amount will be refunded in 7to 10 days its been more than 20 -25 days now there is no response from shop Cj and I called customer care 3-4 times every time they promise a call back in 48 hrs but till today no one has called I need my money refunded 1468 rs asap and very disappointed with the product and customer service from shop Cj they cheat customers very badly horrible experience will never ever shop again nor recommend this company Was this information helpful? | |||||

I oredered 3 burner set along with offers of some more things with it on this rakshabhandan..it was gud at first but we are now facing some problems with the burner ..its harldy 3 months now ..n facing problems with it ..can u please fix it else replace it as soon as possible ..please reply soon
