Date :19/10/2015 Dear Sir, My shopclues order no 68521213 Material has been returned and process of refund amount of said order has been initiated on 01/10/2015 and till date refund not been credited in my bank a/c whether so many times i updated my bank a/c and submitted . please look into the matter.
