My name is Balaji, On 23.03.2016, I received a call from phone number [protected] from Mr Ravi Singh (Emp No - 0690) saying that he is calling from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd informed me that your mobile number has been shortlisted under promotional activity in our organization and you are eligible to get Apple Ipad free of cost only after payment of Rs. 4374/- as 12.5% sale tax of market price, (Market Price: Rs. 34990) Accordingly I asked him to provide the same in written communication, as per my request, He forwarded an E mail from their official E mail ID [protected]@shopittoday.in to my personal E mail ID informing the Bank account details of their organization and amount to be paid.
After providing the E mail, he asked my basic information which I provided him and then they created my customer ID as SIT01PW1286.
After verification and confirmation of customer ID, I paid Rs. 7, 276/- through ATM transfer in their Axis Bank account number [protected] as per their direction and intimated to them through mail and phone call. They confirmed the payment and informed that before sending your product we will send you welcome gift (Gold coin worth 65000) to verify your address.
Next day i.e. on 29.10.2014 Mr. Ravi Singh informed me through call and Whats App from phone number [protected] that you have need to pay only Insurance amount Rs. 9474/- the DTDC courier would not dispatch the product unless this amount is received. He told me this would be the full and final payment and this amount would be refunded to my account in couple of days.I paid Rs. 9475/- on rupee excess and got a call back again from Ravi Singh stating i had to pay exact Rs.9474/- not one Rupee more o less.
I again with great difficulty arranged and paid Rs.9474/-to AXIS Bank account No. [protected]. This Branch was said to be in Rohini Sector -24 NEW DELHI 110085. Now, Mr. Ravi Singh calls back and says that the Ipad is out of stock. As per company policy we will refund you 200% of the (Ipad and the gold coin + the amount paid so far by me). But to get back my refund, i have to pay a tax amount of Rs. 23000 and i will get back a complete refund of money paid. I informed Ravi Singh i cannot afford to pay this. He was going on calling me every day and convincing me that i will be getting about 2.4Lacs approximate refund if Rs.23000 is paid. I also got a call From Mr. Vinod Kashyap the manager of Shop IT today. His number - [protected]. He promised me and sent me a message that i will be getting in hand 2.4 lacs if the task amount could be cleared. Ravi singh agreed he will help me by paying Rs. 10000. Rest Rs .13000 should be paid by me. I paid Rs. 13000/- to same AXIS account. I received all payment confirmation acknowledgement mails from [protected]@shopittoday.

Now a new story was told to me by Vinod Kashyap, that Rs. 10000/- that was paid by Ravi Singh is from a local New Delhi account. The company needs to receive payment from outside Delhi account in order to process payment.

This time the total amount was increased to 2.6Lacs i was asked to pay the full and final payment of Rs. 26786/- after which thee would not be any more charges.Mr. Ram Avasti(He told he is one of the Director of Shop IT)Convinced and promised me that he will get the refund done positively from ICICI or Kotak bank in just a day after the money Rs.26786/- has come in.I paid this amount also to the same AXIS bank account.I received payment confirmation mail for all the above transactions made.
The fund was also not credited into my account even after 72 hours as per their commitment

Now a different story was told, they said they are unable to transfer the money from bank.They were getting a error message, Interstate transaction.
I have had no calls from Either Ravi Singh, Vinod Kashyap nor Ram Avasti.
I request the Public not to shop from Shop IT Today and get cheated by their fraud offers. They are big cheaters... Never came across such a bad experience.
I request the concerned team to investigate this as soon as possible
Please could any of you help me get back my money.

I ordered a samsung led on above company and a payment of item rs. 11250 pay in his given account as on[protected], then after they say that " sir pay a insurance amount to deliver parcel this amount want a dtdc courier so deposit a insurance amount rs. 9474/- in our sbi a/c [protected] " then i deposit a amount of insurance for item in his given a/c as on 5-2-2016, after this transaction they call me again and say " sir you should not have to deposit a amount in our a/c in cash. Deposit a amount through neft. When you deposit insurance amount through neft. We can dispatch your item and rs. 9474/- cheque which amount pay by you in our a/c in cash and also return your insurance payment which you pay through neft" then again i pay a rs.9474/- in his given a/c through neft as on[protected]. I follow them all instruction. But they are not yet dispatch my order item. Now i feel that they are cheat me. I total pay them rs. 11250+9474+9474= 30198

I have already paid you rs 3000/-on 1/10/2015, rs 2993/- on 3/10/2015, rs5000/- for courier insurance on 8/10/2015 a total of rs 10993.
This is enough its almost 7months and till now i am not getting my money back the person (Mr.Ajay cont:[protected]) who gave my fake promise that my money will be refunded to my account within december 2015 now did not respond to my call & my messages.

Now you gave me no choice except that i will do something in public forum and i will file a case of mental harassment, fake commitments, fraud in consumer court.. Now its just not about my money, i want to teach you a lesson that next you should take things seriously...I will spread this to media, to news channels to all my friends and relatives by which they should see your services, how to tackle your customers once you get money in your pocket and you don’t have anything ownership and ethics.
I kept trust and faith on their each and every advise and did as per directions as and when given by their representatives periodically to get promotional activity and govt bond benefit. As shopittoday.In is an iso 9001:2008 certified company and i never thought that the representative of an iso certified company can fraud and cheat a customer in the name of promotional activity, tell a lie in the name of bank and especially in the name of govt bond benefit.

I am Premnath R and submitting my compliant today. I got a call from Shop it today on Feb 25 that I have been selected as part of their promotional offer and I just need to pay 12.5% of Service charge and I would be getting IPad Pro 128 GB. I need to pay just 9000 INR. I asked them various questions obout this offer. They told me that its promotional offer upto March and I am eligible and lucky customer. And another 8500 INR for Samsung 48 inches UHD Curved HD/LED TV. And they told me that I have won 50 grams of gold coin in their weekly contest and I need to pay 22, 500 INR. I have done 2 NEFT transfer and 1 cash deposit. Mr Ravi Sharma from Shopittoday customer care told me that I would get complimentary Sports shoe and sports wear within 3 days of cash deposit and next day I would get all my products. But later he told me that due to over pricing of produts, cannot be couriered and Is it okay for me to get cash refund instead. I said yes if there are no deductions. He confirmed me that there are no deductions and next day he told me that I need to pay 10%( 36000 INR) of overall 3.6 Lakhs products worth to get my cash refund. This company is cheating the public and request you to take action on this company. There is no value to customer service and simply delaying the delivery and not refunding the cash.. Request you to get the products or refund my money. I have paid 42000 so far and not received anything till date.

SABANA of Shop it toady India Pvt. ltd on 05.02.2016 and said that
you are a lucky draw winner of our company so you can provide gift and select any mobile and pay only sales tax value(12.5%).I select HTC one e9+ mobile ( Value 30000 rs.).says pl transfor product tax (Rs 3000) only . I
transferred Rs 3000/- through NEFT to shop it today India Account
No-[protected] of SBI.After that they said that you have to once
again pay for transit Insurance. I am not send this insurance money the
customer care excutive( Vikas) said if no send the money reject your order.

After Complaint in consumer complaint Mr. Vikas called me and told that please resolved this complaint, I will revert your payment n 48 hours. but after 48 hrs I called them he told that one process for revert payment and sent me one agreement copy on my mail and as per their requirement I filled that and send with pan card copy.
two days go that process but I cannot get my money and they cannot pickup my phone I tried many time on below cell number.

I want immediate answer otherwise you know how much facing lot of problem.

Hi whoever reading this please, this is a very serious matter shop it today india pvt ltd company is a totally fraud company.they will call u and tell u to pay money.i have pait 37000 rupees to get 2 ac and one camera but got nothing.they have very good lawyers to fight for them in court.thats why they are challenging us to go to court.somebody telling himself the senior manager of the company vinod kashyap knows everything about this fraud.he called me after my 1st complain in this site and assured me to refund my money by 31st november.but has not turned to his words yet.
i had paid 37000 by cash on their account .they told me to pay for the service tax and the rest amount will be paid by them.but this spineless creatures took money and did not sent me my products.what can i do to get refund of my money or the products.some of thei numbers are [protected], , [protected], , [protected],
now the summary is that i have not got anything from these liars and i have total expectation that they will not look into my matter.so if anybody can help me please call me in my no [protected], [protected].the people of this company are well trained to make fraudulent promises.i went to delhi to search them.but the cowards hesitated to tell their company address.
