I Bharat Patel resident of gandhidham Gujarat have been cheated by shop it today.I received call from d company regarding promotional offer by the company to chose any product from the company and to pay only 12.5% tax amt.I selected Samsung S6 edge+ whose tax amt was 6412.I paid 6500 in companies sbi a/c.then I was told I won 20 gm gold with my order and I have to pay 9474 as insurance charge..so I paid 9500 again to sbi a/c no.[protected](karkardooma branch)..then I was told I will not get my parcel instead company will pay back 175000/- as (amt of mobile+amt of gold+amt paid by me+penalty by the company for not delivering me my order)..For this I have to pay refundable amt of 26250/-as NOC charge to the company..so I paid 26250/- now to companies axis bank a/c no.[protected](rohini sector 24 branch)..again I was told my file is ready and I have to pay 29181/- as final payment for bank's tax certificate and after payment I will receive my payment of 201250/-(175000+26250)..I deposited 29181/- to companies axis bank a/c..then I was told that I have deposited money in the wrong a/c ie I had to deposit 29181/- in sbi a/c not in axis bank a/c. So again I have to deposit 29181/- in sbi a/c as final payment and after 2 hours i will receive amt in my a/c through rtgs..I again deposited 29200/- in sbi a/c cdm machine...After all this I was told that now I have to pay 40500/- as bank's clearing charges then I will receive money...I paid all the said amts(total 100631/-) except 40500 as I don't have money now...I feel cheated by the company...company is a big fraud..where to go now?

I paid Rs- 7750 in this Account against "Samsung Galaxy S6". On 21st sep, 2015. Pay To : Shop It Today India Pvt.Ltd. Account Details : [protected] Bank Name : SBI BANK IFS CODE : SBIN0010644 Branch : KARKARDOOMA-110092 But i have not received my product so i want my refund but they told me you need to wait for a month i wait for a month then when i call they told me one more month like that till yet i have not get my money refund, today i call them they told me with in 30th jan, 2016 your money will refund. How much time i need to wait for my own money. and no. which is provide on web site i.e [protected] no one receiving the call i call them 100 time but not a single time my call get ans. And from there end they are call from nos are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] but when you call back no. is not in service what is this? ...I am basically from rohini new delhi my father is a inspector in C.I.S.F now posted in delhi i will wait for my refund till 30th jan, 2016. I am waiting for it from 21st sep, 2015 after that i will file a FIR against Shop it today company against all this nos. bank account no. and to most of the customer care person like Anjali, Aditya & vinod such a fraud person... such a bull sit...Shop it today is a "Fraud Company". I receive call[protected] of Mr. Pavan from shop it today about the you are lucky winner. You have to just pay 14.5% sales tax amount 8988/- and we will dispech the apple macbook of 61990/- . I have paid into A/C . But they said amount not received in their A/c.

Fraud calling from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd on 04/12/2015 informed me that your mobile number has been shortlisted under promotional activity in our organization and you are eligible to get electronics item within the range Rs15000 to Rs 100000/- cost only after payment of Rs. 5499/- as 12. 5% service tax of market price, (Market Price: Rs...43990/- I have transfer the amount in SBI Account No. [protected]. On 5/12/2015 Saturday another call received from dispatch department and asking that your material is stop because you have not paid the insurance amount, please pay the insurance amount of Rs. 9474/- which is refundable by cheque to you, i told them that i not have been told to pay the insurance amount. i have paid the amount through cheque from my account to shop it today account on 05/12/2015 of Rs. 9474/- Now today 07/12/2015 they called me than you have paid the amount through cheque that is not valid you have to deposit the amount cash only in shop it today account of Rs. 9474/-. & i have realized that some thins is going wrong. than i search on google for consumer complaints. now please suggest us what to do? sharad.[protected]@gmail.com

On 01.12.2015, I received a call from phone number[protected] from Miss Neha saying that she is calling from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd informed me that your mobile number has been shortlisted under promotional activity in our organization and you are eligible to get electronics item within the range Rs15000 to Rs 100000/- cost only after payment of Rs. 9931/- as 14.5% service tax of market price, (Market Price: Rs. 68000) Accordingly I asked him to provide the same in written communication, as per my request, she forwarded an E mail from their official E mail ID [protected]@shopittoday.in to my personal E mail ID informing the Bank account details of their organization and amount to be paid. He also sent two SMSs to me intimating the Bank account details and detailed description of electrinic gadgets from another phone number on the same day. After providing the E mail and the SMS, she asked my basic information which I provided him and then they created my customer ID as SIT005327rh. The same has been informed me through SMS and verified by another department of their organization for the confirmation. After verification and confirmation of customer ID, I paid Rs. 9931/- through transfer in their State Bank account number [protected] as per their direction and intimated to them through mail and phone call. They confirmed the payment and informed that we are sending your product within 72 hours. Next day they informed me through call and SMS that you need to pay only Insurance amount Rs. 11, 599/- in company’s favour. .Kindly refund me the amount I have paid. I belongs to a poor family.Kindly help me out.

On[protected] at 11.05 hrs, I received a call from phone number[protected] from Mr Sanjay saying that he is calling from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd informed me that your mobile number has been shortlisted under promotional activity in our organization and you are eligible to get any product up Rs. 45, 000/- from our shopping site for free of cost only after payment of 12.5% sale tax of market price, Accordingly I asked him to provide the same in written communication, and provide me the site address and also I have phoned to customer care no. written on the site +91-[protected] and they have confirmed me about the genuineness of the call and offer. As per my request, they forwarded the link for registration and selection of product as such I have selected Sony Bravia Television of cost Rs.35900/- . He forwarded an E mail from their official E mail ID [protected]@shopittoday.in to my personal E mail ID informing the Bank account details of their organization and amount to be paid towards sales tax @12.5% Rs.4488/-. Again after enquiry in different department of the site I have transferred the amount to Axis Bank (SECTOR-24, ROHINI DELHI-110085) A/c [protected] on 23/11/2015. Then I have confirmed the same over phone to Mr. Sanjay[protected] & Mr. Sidharth Sharma[protected] accordingly I have also received a payment confirmation mail from company’s official mail id.. Over phone I have been informed by Miss Puja Joshi from Dispatch[protected] that she want to confirm my address and also confirmed that two gold coins also packed in your package as free gift. Next day i.e. on[protected] Mr. Ajay informed me through call from phone number[protected] that you have need to pay only Insurance amount Rs. 9474/- in company’s favour. I transferred Rs. 9474/-in their Axis Bank account by NEFT and informed him accordingly to Mr Sanjay. Then Mr. Sanjay Phoned me that why do you have deposited by NEFT you must deposited by cash in branch. Now you go and again deposit cash in the above bank account. Then I have asked him to refund the Rs.9474/- in my account so that I will draw and deposit by cash in your account. They refused to do so and tell me in crude and rough language that after deposit by cash they will revert my amount deposited amount Rs.9474/- transferred by NEFT. If I will not deposit my both the amounts are fore fitted. Then I request no. of time to refund at least Rs. 9474/- as the same is wrongly transferred. But they refused to do so. Then on 25.11.2015 I have contacted to Customer care over phone +91-[protected] and asked about the status of my refund. Some one picked my phone and confirmed about my deposits and they will give the status on Saturday i.e. on 28.11.15. But when I call they leave my on attended even today i.e on 01.12.2015 also.

I am Amit Ku. Mohapatra living in Karanjia, Mayurbhanj Odisha. I often use online services for shopping. On 29th Sept I get call from 65250318 and Mr. Rohit informed me Company has been giving promotional offer for popularizing the Brand and I have selected for any electronics items in just 12.5% of the rate and gave a variety of products to select. I have selected 40 inch Samsung LED TV. He asked for my detailed address by WhatsApp (mobile no. [protected]). He massaged me my customer ID SIT0E002A and asked for deposit of Amount of Rs.6025/- in the A/c of Shop It Today No. [protected], State Bank of India. In the very next day I have contacted Customer Care by No. Posted in website of the company [protected] asked about the authenticity and got reply that Mr. Rohit is working in the company as the customer relation officer and I can deposit the amount if it is asked to deposit in the name of the company (Shop it Today India Pvt. Ltd.). I am deposited the asked amount Rs.6025/- in the company's (Shop It Today India Pvt. Ltd.) State Bank of India A/c No. [protected], on date 29.09.2015. After deposit Mr. Rahul from your company informed me that the amount has been well received and after due verification of some facts by senior person the TV will be despatched to on next day at about 2.30 PM. On the next day about 11 AM Mr. Vinod introducing himself as customer care executive informed me that I have been chosen as best 10 customer and awarded Gold coins worth of 5 Lakhs for which I have to pay Rs. 25000/- as VAT. If I wish to take it by cash I have to deposit 90000/- towards tax. When I denied for this offer he informed me that I may loose the 1st offer and given me 3 days time to deposit. Meanwhile I informed twice to the Customer Care through mail to know some more about the offer. On 1 October I got phone from Ms. Anjali introducing her as customer care executive asked me about my enquiry. On briefing about the matter she informed me that it is the valid offer. I asked for a written mail but as she denied I requested refund of my deposited amount. on 3rd October Mr. Vinod called me and asked about the fund transfer. I said it it is not possible on my part to deposit the amount. He replied that he will wait till 12 Noon of 5th October for the offer, if I have not deposited the said amount the refund of paid amount will be processed for which I have to made a request letter. On 5th October I have requested for refund of my paid amount. On 9th October 2015 I have received a parcel from DTDC courier service without name of the sender. On opening of the parcel there is a set of Belt, Space, Wallet & Wrist watch with a invoice vide No. 567 Shop It today stating worth of the product is Rs.7299/- and amount received including CST/VAT Rs.6025/- after discount of Rs.1274/-, vide order No. OPS1/151007/927 dated 07.10.2015, 12:29:54. I have surprised to see the product which I have not ordered. It is matter of concern that I have requested for refund of my money which I have deposited for LED TV under promotional offer but received this product without my knowledge and consent. I have cheated by the company by sending worthless products. Please take it seriously and take appropriate steps for refund of my deposited amount. I would like to request further to take appropriate measure to check online shopping agencies making such frauds. First a call came from aryan khurana who tells himself an executive of shop it today india pvt ltd.he managed to agree me to pay 12.5% service tax for any products from their website. I paid for three products which is ₹ 11000 .they told me the products will reach me after two three days.then again a call came from vinod kashyap claiming himself senior manager and told me i have won gold coin of 5 lacs for which i have to pay 25000 ie 5%. Service tax again.i refused to pay as my financial condition was not good. Then he told me if you not pay 25000 than your total amount will be seized.than i asked whether i will get the products after paying 25000 .they told me yes you just pay 25000 you will get products within two days.they are still playing with me.totally cheating company. And they have good contacts with police.they themselves are telling to complain to police.i am a common man.please help me if anybody can help me.

Well, it starts like - a person pretending to be a representative from ShopItToday rings up from a Delhi based number claiming to sell branded Electronic goods at free-of-cost in the name of promotional offers. The FREE offer temporarily stopped my mind from thinking straight. The promoter further goes onto say that "You will only have to pay a cost of 12% Service tax of the total value of the product". I keep listening patiently while my sensible thinking mode comes back. Later, on a sensible note i say that i'm not interested and also mention "Hope its not a fraud". On hearing this the so called courteous and calm promoter suddenly becomes furious and starts abusing. After all, the REAL FACE had to come out sooner or later. Moral - Please do not fall prey to such dupes. People residing in Delhi should consider visiting their local police stations and shut this company down in the good interest of your fellow citizens. I have deposited all the money in Axis bank account of Rohini branch in the name of Shopittoday on 30/09/15. But I didn't receive the product. They are telling me that they will not send it and the money I have transferred will go to the charity fund. Please help!

I did not received my win prize even after cancellation mail of product no response from their side and my amount is not refunded into my account.This is my complain about website name shopittoday.in.Three person namely Mr.Rahul, MrRajiv Ranjan & Ms.Shalini misguiding and not giving me proper information. This is to inform you that, I have got call from Shop It Today India Pvt Ltd on 26.09.2015 by Mr. Rahul Sharma. They told you win Sony LED TV amounting Rs.60000/- So, that they told just pay Rs.1250/- as registration money . I paid to company SBI A/C-[protected](IFSC-SBIN0010644) Rs. 1350+50 service tax. After deposing the amount they told me you have deposit 50 rs extra amount so that it is not acceptable. again you will pay 650 rs. After continuous Mr. Rajiv Ranjan (Relationship Officer) follow up they told me recharge the amount rs. 650 in my airtel no.- [protected], I will deposit the said amount in the account i.e. your registration amount. I have recharge the said amount on the given no. But the did not deposit the said amount i.e. 650 on my account. After one week I received a mail confirmation which show the depositing Rs. 1300 and request to select any 1 product which they send to me. But after one month left the did not sent me any product. Where is my 650 Rs. which I recharge Mr Rajiv Ranjan phone no. I continous call to MR. Rajiv Ranjan they not interested in lifting my phone. So I call to customer care when I asked about it they told me wait an hour we call you. After two times called the customer care than Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Talk to me and told me deposit Rs 6875 for product and Rs 8940 for Product insurance charge. I denied and ask him refund my money Rs. 1300+650=Rs. 1950. Then he told me wait 2 to 3 month to return your amount. They have such type of scam business activity must be stopped and such people must be sentenced to the jail. I do have their call record with every explanation. Whenever I making call to their customer care department and complaining about it they just get back to me with another line to keep me in their touch and makes me busy in their scam. I do have their mail record, Bank statement everything that is enough to proof them guilty. These are the no. From which I got call From their side The telephone no. are -[protected], [protected], [protected]. Now I have left with no option to complain to you about all these. May be they are calling so many people to raise crores of fund and may declared a winner on any day to person under his influence. Sir, I would like to request you to stop such type of activity because these are the big threat to online business and trust. In compensation against it I request you to ask them to make payment at least 5 times more than actually I paid. Total amount I paid that is 1950/-. Then I request you to ask to pay them at least 10000/-. Actually I wasted lots of time and money regarding this fraud activity. Then 14 sep 2015 i talk to excutive of adithya [protected] after i talk his guy i pay the 7750/- his given sms to me bank details SBI Account No [protected], and ifsc code is SBIN oo1064, and i check comapny website customer care also is no Customer Care No. : [protected]then he says that on line contest running then ur nos selected u win hyudai i 10 car you must pay 28500/- processing fee. Then i pay after product manager vinode [protected]... Talked that ur car booking not available ur then he says in place of car we can pay 7 lakhs u want pay just 70000 for beneficiary tax then ur processing done 15 days but i ask to return my money and booked phone he says ur get money only that is 36 250. Then he says at 19 sep 2015 then he says ur money get within 21 days working days... Then 21 sep 2015 call to vinod he says ur can welcome note on ur get on 30 sep 2015. I had received the call on 04/09/2015 regarding promotional program for Gujarat, under that i am qualified for the Samsung TV 40inch. On that day, i was not able to reach bank hence product was not ordered and request to consider for Monday. but on the same day product was register on my name as well as code has been created. On Monday, Date : 07/09/2015 again your representative contacted me, but i had not attended the call. same thing was repeated on the Tuesday as well. again on Wednesday, i receive the Call from Ms. Karishma regarding same offer. and she convinced me for the processing of the order. so i had made the payment and same is informed to her as well as copy of transaction is sent to Phone no. +91-[protected] through Whatsapp. after that they have confirmed me that order is processed and goods will be sent to me. on the same day (i.e. 09/09/2015) i had contacted by Mr. Rajiv Khanna, and informed me that along with this i had won 20gm Gold and same will be shipped with TV. TANUSAGARJI of Shop it toady India Pvt. ltd on 18.02.2015 and said that you are a lucky draw winner of our company so you can provide Samsung LED TV. says pl transfer product tax & insurance money(Rs 15598) only . I transferred Rs 15598/- through NFT to shop it today India Account No-[protected] of AXIS bank.After that they said that you have to once again pay for transit Insurance. I am not send this insurance money the customer care excutive said if no send the money reject your order. I have informed them that they have to refund my money. now he is not positive reply. as on date(30 days) my money not refund in my account. Sir, I request you to please return my money.
