I had ordered 3 tshirts from pandapanti and did card payment. First i got a message that order was placed successfully and money got duducted. Then immidiately got another message and email that order was not placed successfully and if your money was deducted, don't worry, it will be refunded in 5-7 working days. I dint receive refund and nobody is replying on email as well on [protected]@shop101.com since 1 month. I contacted pandapanti guys as well but they are also saying payments are transferred to seller only after delivery so you need to talk to shop101 for that. Was this information helpful? |
