Respected sir,

i had placed an order of redmi 3s prime phone (Price rs 8499) on 5-5-17 from (www.shopaaz.com) and transaction was done through net banking, they had promised to dispatch the product within 5 days, but on 12-5-17 they had sent me an email regarding cancellation due to some shipping problems and to refund the full amount to my account, and today is 10-6-17 i had not received any refund... I called up on sbi bank on which they asked me for the seller refund reference number, so i tried calling the (Shopaaz customer care) but their toll free number is no longer working, and no reply even through email..
