I orderd a mobile redmi 3s prime on 10/05/2017 and paid through paytm rs8499/-. But the company send the msg to me on 13/05/2017 your order cancelled due to shipmnt data no provided by our seller and your money will refund within 7 working days. I am ordered Redmi 3 S prime at www.shopaaz.com on 05 May 2017 and consequently the order (Order ID #102574) was cancelled by shopaaz.com due to non availability of stock. But still the amount haven't been credited in my account alongwith cash back 5%. Kindly look into the matter for refunding the amount please.
