Shopaaz — Neither redmi note 4 receives nor amount | |||||
I have ordered redmi note 4 worth rs 12, 499 (With order number 103039) via online transaction from deutsche bank from www.shopazz.com on 5 may, 2017. My order was cancelled on 12 may 2017 by the site with the assurance that the amount would be credited to my account within 7 days. Its been more than 2 weeks but i have not received my amount. I have tried calling to the helpline number given on the site and have emailed them too. But they are not responding to any of my calls. Please assure the respected authorities to refund my amount at the earliest. I will be highly obliged. I am sending you the website details for your reference. My contact number is given below- Mobile no-[protected] On 12th may i have received a mail from shopaaz which is given below Dear sir, We are really sorry to say you that our seller is not yet dispatched your order and we are got too many complains regarding it so we cancelled all the orders and refunded the money to of all of our customers. We proceeded to refunding the money because we are already broken our promise of delivering in time. So we are also refunding your amount with the cashback that is 5%. I hope you will realize our situation and be with us. Your money will be credited back in your account within 7 working days, depends on your bank.
