This is regarding my cancelled transaction of a mobile phone i. E. Mi 4 purchased online via my sbi debit card no. [protected] worth rs. 8499/- on 5/5/2017 through pos paytmapp1115854 at ptm*paytmapp with #txn963574 for which it was declined further after a week and that it was told that the same would be credited in my account within a week, but it wasn't and now it's been a long time since then...

The product is redmi note 4 mobile phone my order number is 102360 i booked my order on the day 5/5/17 throw online i payed the amount online itself but i cancelled the order itself but still the day the amount is not credit in my account now body is not answering the help line phone is not working 24*7 chat also not working order support mail also not working pls check my order status pls refund my money

I have ordered redmi mobile phone vide order no 104207 and got canceled with the reason "shipment data not received by our seller".

Kindly do needful in processing reversal of paid amount to my credit card.

I had ordered redmi 3s phone from shopaaz.com it was of 8, 500. Cod was not available so i had to pay from debit card money was deducted (8, 500). But after she days a msg arrived that the order has been cancelled due to technical problems and your money will be refunded within 7 working days. But still after 25 days money has not been refunded to my account and the customer care no is also dead iam trying it from so long. So plz help me...

I had placed an order for redmi note 4for a price of rs 12499/-, the payment was done by axis debit card the date was 5th may... I ordered Redmi 3s mobile in shopaaz.com on 10.05.2017 for which i paid Rs.8499/-. Later on i got an SMS saying that my mobile could not be dispatched by the supplier, so my money will be refunded with 7working days. But still i did not get the money.
