Shopaaz — Refund of cancelled order | |||||
I have ordered redmi mobile phone vide order no 104207 and got canceled with the reason "shipment data not received by our seller". Order palced on 07-may-2017 Cancelled by shopaz team: 12-may-2017 Till date amount of rs 12499 not received to my credit card. Kindly do needful in processing reversal of paid amount to my credit card. Communication received that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. However 23 days are passed away and not received any of refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I karthik from Hyderabad ordered redmi note 4 on shopaaz.Com on 5-5-2017and it was cancelled by company due to some dealer issue and promise to refund the amount with extra5% and but I still didn't get my cash back. I just want my amount of Rs. 12499 /-no need of any extra. My order no is 102614.
