Dear sir/mam,
Kindly note that i have orderd phone i.e Mi Note 4 4 GB 64 Gb and today i have recieved my courier through xpress Bee and when i have opened the packet. The seal of the mobile case was broken and when i opend the box i was surprised with one Detergent shop instead of Mobile.
So, please do the needfull. Order Id#[protected] and AWB no. of xpress Bee is[protected].

I just had the exact same experience with Shopclues on my Redmi Note 4 order. I received the package today and the seal on the case was broken and inside I found a 'Ghadi' detergent soap (worth Rs.10) instead of a mobile phone.
