Dear sir,

I purchased mobile in shopclues on 1st july and it does not work. every time it restarts. i initiated return replacement on 3rd july as per shopclues policy.
No action is getting taken. shopclues is fake and cheating company.
My order number is 94124373. return number is 2939230.
Kindly help. looking at so many same or similar complaints across all platforms. shopclues should be banned from selling anything.

I ordered a battery for my mobile from the above mentioned site product name : samsung original battery for galaxy note 1 gt - n 7000 2500 mah + 6 months warranty, merchant ref : g0000372.

When i went to the samsung service center raipur [ chauhan samsang services] as the was a auto on off problem in my device they informed me that my battery is not genuine

O i request the authorities to take the required action for the above mention problem

I was ordered 10 leggings but the size of those leggings is small,
so i want to change those leggings and want to buy leggings of XL size .
this product was delivered on 6th july, 16.
there is some confusion in selecting the size of leggings.
the size which is ordered by me is small to size that i wear generally.
therefore now i want to change these leggings and want to get XL size

Shop clues is a fraud company. I order a product on 28 June and from then i don't received a single call from shop clues and on 5 July i received a msg from them that your order has been cancelled. When i called the customer care then the executive is saying that they can't do anything and repeating the same lines again and again as if they a script written by their side and just reading that script. Dnt trust on shopclues.

I Ordered Chinese Checkers through Shop Clues. The Product received with damage and the product to be send back.. during delivery i paid Rs 359.. i returned the product because its damaged..Still now i didnt receive back the amount of 359 from shop clues.. i mailed but no response.. the mail copy said the amount already send back to u.. but past 1 week they replied the same mail..

Kindly give me a conclude whether i receive the amount or not.. i believe ConsumerComplaints...

The product i ordered is totally different from the product i get, :
first issue: color and shades of jeans are different
2ndly: very bad quality
3rdly: too small and not good fitted
when i claim for returning the product, merchant rejected the request of cancellation, the product is of so horrible quality like same of those footpath products, cheap looking but the product i ordered is very much different this is the link showing the product

I have ordered for 2 packets of (100 each) garbage bag with handle 16x20 100 nos (qty:2) and was charged 198/- (2x99) plus cod of 15/-.
But in the wrapper, the printed mrp is only 72/per 100 nos. whereas i paid 99/- each packet, charging an excess of 22/- per packet of 100 nos. this is against the consumer law in india. please take immediate action and refund the excess charged. the details of the order is given below;

Dear Sir,
I have purchase a Lenovo A6000 Phone from shopclues.com on March 2016.
My order No is 86309836, Shopclues issue me a Invoice on the time of delivery.
but now the phone is dead.
I am going to service center of Lenovo, and they have not accept the Invoice which is issued on the time of delivery by shopclues.
I have call the shopclues customer support center but they are said they unable to provide me the Invoice.
Please help me as I gat Invoice from shopclues and able the Warrenty facility.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have ordered a Mobile phone from shopclues on 9th June 16.At the time of delivery they have provided me a defective product through courier when i asked for return they said me that they have a process for it after calling them lots of time they arranged returns for me .Their courier mans does not visit at my address a single time & they closes the request by saying that buyer is not available.After it i told them that i will log a complaint in consumer forum they send their courier service & take the defective product back now from 26th June it is 4th July they have not make refund of my money.Please do something & stop this type of online shopping sites making fool of the peoples.

On 12the June I ordered Multipurpose foldable wooden Laptop cum study table
Order No. 93101646. Amt 798 was debited from my account for the same. On the 17th June it was communicated that my Order has been cancelled because the product could not be traced during transit. Till today that is[protected], the said amount i.e 798 is not credited to may account from whict it was debited.
Thus I demand that the company resolve the issue at the earliest.

It's simply waste of time they will not take immediate action

Ordered Inext IN -701ST1 1200 W Steam Iron Green.. Recevied the product on 2nd July, 2016 and paid 517 rupee for the same.. Received from Aramex. Order #94114571

When product was opened it was broken and even the colour was different. Asked the dilevery person to take back the product and asked to call at Shopsclues but calling them contiously but not receving the call even after ringing.. its disconned or not received..

Worst experince with shopsclues and would refuse to buy from your site to other.. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF I WOULD NOT GET MONEY BACK I WILL COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER CARE

Dear Sir/Madam,
My order id is 93232390. I ordered a computer from shopclues.com and it was delivered 24th June 2016. When arrived it did not work and it did not come as described in their website. I sent 8 emails and I am shocked to know that there was no one to reply. The product was supplied through a merchant who spoke with me (so rough) I sent the screenshots of the computer. No reply yet. At first the return status showed in their website as return request rejected by merchant. Then it was on hold. Now it states asked more information from customer. I paid around 20, 000 and its big amount for me. Initially I asked for replacement. I don't trust them anymore. Kindly help me getting refund. Thank you so much!

I ordered a t shirt on shopclues . After the payment was done it said transaction failed on shopclues website . Amount was deducted from my card and i received mail and sms regarding that .
I was first time user to shopclues and logged in via google account to order the t shirt .
