I have purchased 1 ton 5star ac last year in summer and now there is some minor issues with the display which is being covered by product company 1 year warranty but they're asking for the bill which isn't given by shopclues.
My request to the company to please help me in getting the original invoice of the product asap.

I have requested for return of one product with order id: 71910685 samsung led tv (1 item) since feb 2016.Contacted shopclues several times regarding about my issues. If you asked to customer care fellow to pass the phone to senior executive that unprofessional fellow simply tell wait we are passing the call to our senior person. Still no concrete solution am getting from them.

Its been only 04 months for my tv which i have purchased from shopclues. Am having one year warranty in my tv but still they are not providing solution.

They are saying go to near by showroom and ask them.

How pathetic is that.

And what answer am getting is my complaint is resolved.
Hw could they resolve the problem without sending any person to have the look on the complaint.

Shopclues director please have look on the customer problem.
If this kind of thing you will be doing with customer you will be not happy in your life.

Till now no one has come to my house for looking my complaint.

You are making me left with no option finally am giving complaint on consumers court regarding about my tv complaint.

I want to share my expreince with shopclues customer care :
I had called customer care near about 2.20 On 14/04/2016 Mr. Sachin was on the call. when i asked for the retrun request he talked so rudely and refused return pick-up after that when i asked him to transfer the call to Seniour Executive, Sachin hold my call for more than 18 minutes, and i found nothing the call got disconnected from your end.
I request you to arrange my return pick-up and kindly initiate my refund as early as possible. if this action could not initiate within 2 business days i will take legal action and consult consumer forum for the same.

I purchased a voltas split inverter ac through shopclus .com.
It was delivered on 26th of march by the joker retailer it was installed on 28th of march.
After installation we found that the remote of the ac is missing then i was inform to retailer about this issue and they said they are looking on this issue.
When i called to shpopclus customer care no they said it’s relater issue you can communicate with them.
I was called retailer more the 20 times but they did not give me the proper response and finally they said me that please request for return.
I was paid 1500 for installation and i also pay 700 to my credit card for online payment it will not return to me if i request for return.

It’s my worst experience with shopclus.com please take some action agence the joker retailer and please provide my remote asap

I order Top gear combat 20inch Duffle bag. I ordered two bags but I received only one. The deliver collect the cash for two bags. But inside the parcel only one bag is present.

My order id 89291469.
The product is duplicate. As per given picture on shopclues website product is different. In website product colour is orange bu i received red colour product. I did not opened the product till now and i ordered 02 quantities and i received 01 quantity only. I had paid full payment via net-banking rs.798. I don’t want this product. I want my money back. I also updated bank account detail in shopclues website.
I daily call to shopclues custom care but they always tell we are investigating. No action is taken. And they are telling send picture of outer package that is shopclues package in which i received product. But i did not received product in any shopclues package. I received product in envelop not in any shopclues package. Product & package picture is attached.

Kindly take necessary action in above matter at your earliest.

Hi. I gave an order on 4th april 2016. I should receive on 8th april friday.
I got another message that delay of delivery after 4-5 days on 8th april.
Hence 8+5= 13 april supposed to get my product. If a person will buy the product on 4th april and there is no guarantee or response from shop-clues side.

Telling sorry for not delivering product in time is not the solution but customer satisfaction is needed for the company growth. If each individual are not aware of what they are doing, company will be shut down very soon.

"thanks for patience" word not needed for customer satisfaction.

We have ordered 6 lg 22inch led monitors on 8th april 2016 and we have done payment through credit card. On that day they promised to deliver this product on 22nd april 2016. After 3 days on 12th april 2016 they are telling that they can not fullfill our order on 22nd april they require more time and they telling that if we cancel this order also we will get our money after 15 working days. While booking they dint mentioned that its out oif stock. Even we checked for this product on 12th april still its showing that its available. Its fraud. My order number 89772756

I have ordered a furnish living foam sofa c bed, code: 86066309, merch ref: sofa bed-53 of prize rs. 4999/- with order number 87477418 on date 07/03/2016. I got mail on 11/03/2016 regarding cancellation of my order stated "we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfill your order 87477418 and therefore, it has been cancelled." i checked availability of same product at website by same merchant with raised prize. Then i ordered a different prodeuct "furnish living foam sofa cum bed code: 86064906, merch ref: sofa bed-51 of prize rs. 4800/- on 12/03/2016. Expected shipment date was 22-23 march-2016. I got a mail on 21/03/2016 stated "your order 87860308 has been shipped and your tracking details as given below :
Carrier name: dtdc
Tracking number: z85095839
Expected delivery date : sat 26 march."
I got a mail as well massage on mobile on 28/03/2016 stated " your order 87860308 has been successfully delivered at the mentioned shipping address."
Actually i did not received any product at my home at all till date. Then i contacted to customer service by phone call as well by mail many times. They still sending massages like your product has been delivered at mentioned address. Then i requested to provide me pod ( proof of delivery) on 05/04/2016. There after they replied and told me that with in 7 days they provide me proof of delivery. I definitely not received any product as i ordered till date. Please take strict action regarding such kind of fraud done by any person concern with shopclues.com or dtdc .

I have purchased so many things regularly from various online stores but ShopClues.com is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from ShopClues.com in future and also advised to other guys that this kind of fraud and mismanagement is totally intolerable. As this has given a lot of mental stress to me, more than 10 calls and mails, still waiting for mystery to be solved and i will get my order.

I have got my order on 28 march & i have call to shopclues customer care unit they told me to call after 2 days because we do not have your product registered here so after 2 days i have give return on there website and i have got there email that we cannot take product return so what to do

shopclues is beggars and give money to them
