I am Atin Wadhwani. I ordered a calculator from Shopclues, i received defected piece as some buttons were not working. I contacted their support for return, then i received a reply from them, to file a return, but the problem which i am facing is the return option is not available on my order on website. my order no is :85892951 and my complain number is : 6292164. I have told this issue to SHopclus but they are not replying now. Kinldy help me, i want full refund of order rs144.

Shopclues.com make customers fool.they charge prepaid & give me old used broken shoes .I told him 12 time for my money back but they do nothing

I purchased a camera from Shopclues and when I received this camera is open box, used old camera and it's bill is also fake. In bill color is black but it's actually purple. Its clarity is very low. I want to back because its used. In this camera already 3 pics of any person that's are taken at October 2015. Please call[protected]. My order number is 86545087

Order[protected]i ball slide d7061. was dispatched on 19th Feb with tracking no.[protected]. but Xpressbee sent me tracking no.[protected]. on query xpressbee informed my order was cancelled byyou. I ve paid for the product and the product was supposed to reach me by 25th Feb. Till now not received. very disappointed with you, as it is my first purchase thru shopclues.com. i ve called your toll-free thrice. they asked me to wait for 48hrs which will end today eve. I am a loyal and regular customer of shop clues but now i find myself cheated . I ordered shine gas lighter combo on 04/02/16, my order was not delivered till 11/02/16 and i recd. A mail from shopclues on 11/02/16 that my order 84745314 has been delayed due to non-availability of the product with the merchant.
I opted for order cancellation, but shopclues cheated me -- the order was reordered without my choice---and order was automatically changed to some local vendor for my combo lighters --instead of “shine” combo lighters, i wanted shine brand lighters which i ordered not any other local lighters, inspite of my opting cancellation--on delayed and non available product.
On 14/02/16 i receirved a manipulated email from shopclues of automatic reordering a different local product --my original order was “shine” gas lighter --shine brand was automatically removed and changed to no name--any local lighter combo.
Now on 18/02/16---shopclues sent me wrong product --some local vodafone brand of lighter--i cannot keep --wrong product--after 2 weeks of my original “shine” combo gas lighters.

i would suggest “shop clues” not to cheat customers and indulge in small gains at the cost of customers who trust shop clues ---if the product ordered is not available with the seller—“shop clues” should immediately inform customer and refund the advance amount--instead “shop clues” played game with me--- after keeping me waited for 2 weeks --delivered wrong product, local infereior quality to oblige their sellers .
Kindly note i have purchased thousands of rupees products from “shop clues”---and it cheated me like this. I have not even opened the packing of local manupulately delivered item and put a return request on the same day it was delivered to me.

I would request “shop clues” to immediately refund me my advance amount ( without any further delay, you have already wasted my 2 weeks, if the product is not available with the seller--you should not post that product on your website.

Buy two battery but received one battery.say Currier boy -he say complain send company .so i complain to you.please urgent solved this problem...

Shopclues.com site mention that they sell only genuine company products and not the assembled one which makes the buyer to feel safe that what they are buying is genuine without understanding the trap.

I have placed order on 24.01.201 which has become a nightmare.

The order (Order No.[protected] suppose to be delivered on 03.02.2016 but not delivered tracking number what they have provided was not showing any results I registered complaint through their website on 04.02.2016. Next day i.e. on 05.06.2016 I received a response mail stating “As per latest update from courier, the order will be delivered to me within 4-5 business days. I didn’t receive any status update even after 5days, so I decided to contact shopclues customer care number[protected] on 12.06.2016 and the executive has confirmed that the product will be delivered within 2 days once again contacted the number on 15.06.2016 asked them to refund my money as they are not delivering the product. The executive informed me that when the product has to get delivered and I have to refuse to accept and the product should return to origin to initiate refund process (I didn’t understand the logic my complaint is I am not getting the product you can see what is the solution I received) When I asked him when the product gets delivered he said before end of the day. I waited once again no show I contacted customer care number 16.06.2016 where I have been asked to wait for another 2 days. Finally on 18.02.2106 it got delivered When we asked the person to unbox it to check he refused. When we unbox the TV we are shocked to see the TV’s LED is broken, I immediately contacted shopclues customer care and informed the same. I have been asked to take photograph of the same and send it to them.

Once again the follow up started, I registered complaint on 18.02.2016 where I got response that within 48 hrs I will be given with the solution. With repeated follow up with them I received mail response on 22.02.2016 stating they require another set of photograph (the same what I have send earlier here they have asked for the polythene wrap which was not part of the packing I received). I have informed the same later no response from them inspite of I repeatedly following it up with the customer care. On 25.02.2016 when I contacted them I told them that the entire transaction seems like a scam. The same day it got approved for return and I received a mail stating their logistic partner will be contacting us to pick up the product.

I misunderstood that this ends but it continued on 25.02.2016 I received a mail from them that they don’t have the pick up service for the pincode and asked us to courier it back to the address mentioned on the mail with two conditions

01. The refund/replacement process will be initiated once the product clears the quality check.
02. The courier charges MAY get refund as clues bucks with a maximum of Rs.300.

I have paid in full Rs.26, 990 (site don’t allow the buyer for cash on deliver for such products) + Rs.699 as shipping charges, and still chasing them to get my money back.

Beware of this site.

I have placed a order (order number[protected] from shopclues.com, (order date- 29/02/2016, Monday )...Price of laptop is Rs2449..

Today(01/03/2016, Tuesday), they cancel this order without my permission..
When I contact to shopclues customer care then they say that they will not deliver this product..

Please support me.

We ordered 3 Numbers of shoe racks. But we have received 1 number of shoe rack. My shipment delivery No: awbs[protected].

I had ordered a "FRENDZ 12 Litre Oven Toaster Griller Microwave Oven Black
Order ID : 86342700Qty with Shopclues.com and paid the cost through Credit Card. I needed a Microwave Oven and hence I placed the order. But, to my utter surprise, what I received on 29th Feb. is only a Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) and not a MICROWAVE OVEN. This is OUTRIGHT CHEATING.
I had also ordered 3 sets of BRIO LED Bulb Combo 3W 5W 8W (Pack Of 3). Again, I am surprised to see that there are two Bulbs of 8W of spurious make with BRIO sticker and these two bulbs are damaged (parts inside loose, etc) and they are not lighting up. AGAIN OUTRIGHT CHEATING.
I should get what I ordered and paid for immediately and compensation for the agony and time spent for checking up and follow up.
Consumer Complaints Forum should act immediately to stop such cheating through internet marketing in the name of ecommerce.

I purchased a magic mop cleaning set with free 2 COD order no 85954564.after deliver i know that is totally different from ad"s. I order blue but i got yellow. when i cancelled it then after 2 day msg came and told me 'we apologize ur location is not serviceable ? what is this they deliver in same address. now not serviceable.

I have ordered a product on shopclues.com two times but both times they cancelled my order.when they dont know how to deal with customers why did they confirmed my order.first they send message that order is delayed and then they cancel it.

Sir, I ordered Tplink 150mbps high gain adapter from shopcleus they delivered me different product and i tried to complain them but they didn't response even after 2 day.
Sir I don't want that product, i want my money.

I had purchased many items in shopclues.com at Rs.1 and delivery charges at Rs.49.
I received all products with low quality worth like Rs.10. I purchased cushion items, watches, jockey fraud socks. Its all fake products. when purchase towels shows big size but i received smaller than hand kercheif so, kindly stop all fake websites like shopclues.com.

Sir, i have purchased spy pen Hd camera with expandable storage, order no.[protected]. the product was delivered on 24/02/16, but the product is not getting on, the start button is not responding.so i would request you to replace new product as soon as possible.

I had ordered a combo pack of jockey men's socks (9 pairs) on 24th feb at an offer price of Rs.599 + Rs.49 (shipping cost) in which i had redeemed 293 clues bucks that i had in my account...On 28th feb i received a call informing me that my jockey men's socks order has been cancelled ...and they asked me to reorder it which i was not able to dodue to power shutdown in my locality.then next day i logged in to my account and learnt that my clues bucks were not returned.

And i had also telephonic conversation detail of wording with Mr. Kishan Shakariya, his number mentioned in invoice([protected]).And he also said it is a company fault not your's or his company dispatched only 1 quantity.
More over he apologized on this mistake.

After this talk he was trying only pretending on this point that he will dispatch very soon our pending order.After this wording 2 or 3 time he not pick my number.He also send me a new dispatch receipt on my what's app number.
