Sir,
I have placed a order (order number[protected] from shopclues.com, (order date- 29/02/2016, Monday )...Price of laptop is Rs2449..

Today(01/03/2016, Tuesday), they cancel this order without my permission..
When I contact to shopclues customer care then they say that they will not deliver this product..

Please support me.

We ordered 3 Numbers of shoe racks. But we have received 1 number of shoe rack. My shipment delivery No: awbs[protected].

I had ordered a "FRENDZ 12 Litre Oven Toaster Griller Microwave Oven Black
Order ID : 86342700Qty with Shopclues.com and paid the cost through Credit Card. I needed a Microwave Oven and hence I placed the order. But, to my utter surprise, what I received on 29th Feb. is only a Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) and not a MICROWAVE OVEN. This is OUTRIGHT CHEATING.
I had also ordered 3 sets of BRIO LED Bulb Combo 3W 5W 8W (Pack Of 3). Again, I am surprised to see that there are two Bulbs of 8W of spurious make with BRIO sticker and these two bulbs are damaged (parts inside loose, etc) and they are not lighting up. AGAIN OUTRIGHT CHEATING.
I should get what I ordered and paid for immediately and compensation for the agony and time spent for checking up and follow up.
Consumer Complaints Forum should act immediately to stop such cheating through internet marketing in the name of ecommerce.

I purchased a magic mop cleaning set with free 2 COD order no 85954564.after deliver i know that is totally different from ad"s. I order blue but i got yellow. when i cancelled it then after 2 day msg came and told me 'we apologize ur location is not serviceable ? what is this they deliver in same address. now not serviceable.

I have ordered a product on shopclues.com two times but both times they cancelled my order.when they dont know how to deal with customers why did they confirmed my order.first they send message that order is delayed and then they cancel it.

I have paid total amount rs 1529 to buying product of 11 pc curtain.And i have return the product 7 pc quantity.Company should give me refund amount is rs 973 but i have i got only rs 415. Sir, I ordered Tplink 150mbps high gain adapter from shopcleus they delivered me different product and i tried to complain them but they didn't response even after 2 day.
Sir I don't want that product, i want my money.

I had purchased many items in shopclues.com at Rs.1 and delivery charges at Rs.49.
I received all products with low quality worth like Rs.10. I purchased cushion items, watches, jockey fraud socks. Its all fake products. when purchase towels shows big size but i received smaller than hand kercheif so, kindly stop all fake websites like shopclues.com.

Sir, i have purchased spy pen Hd camera with expandable storage, order no.[protected]. the product was delivered on 24/02/16, but the product is not getting on, the start button is not responding.so i would request you to replace new product as soon as possible.

Sir, We have Order Number: 85305818 WILD STONE DEO PACK OF 2(FOREST SPICE+RED).Quantity-4.But your company had delivered me only Quantity-1.But your return pick up boy said give us 4 quantity.By where i am give him 4 quantity when i received 1 quantity only

And i had also telephonic conversation detail of wording with Mr. Kishan Shakariya, his number mentioned in invoice([protected]).And he also said it is a company fault not your's or his company dispatched only 1 quantity.
More over he apologized on this mistake.

After this talk he was trying only pretending on this point that he will dispatch very soon our pending order.After this wording 2 or 3 time he not pick my number.He also send me a new dispatch receipt on my what's app number.

I have ordered HP M1005 Mulftifunction printer on 11/02/2016 at shopclues.com by prepaid NEFT transaction (Order ID[protected], Later, order has been cancelled by shopclues.com due to non serviceability of courier partner of shopclues.com on 18/02/2016 and they initiated the refund of amount Rs. 11499 on the same date.
But Till Now the amount was not refunded to me. What to do sir? I need the refund immediately . Thank you.

I had purchased Godrej GSC18CD3WOT 1.5 Ton 3 star model AC from www.shopclues.com which i bought on 20990/- on 1st Feb 2016.
I had received product which was having invoice which looks like fake invoice from vendor which does not have any VAT no. or any registration no of vendor also it did not have warranty card and even user manual which normally comes will product, also on lodging complain to www.shopclues.com from 13th Feb 2016 they are replying that will revert after talking with vendor but today is 26th Feb 2016 still they are not replying anything, i have atleast 3 complaints after that but still same reply that will revert once will contact with vendor & ask from him.
I have no options but to lodge complain everywhere as i think that they are interested to reply to my query.
As online purchaser i find www.flipkart.com and www.amazon.in is far better service providers in compare www.shopclues.com they are just fooling customers anyway atleast i had better experience with other website and this is last transaction which will be done by side.

It is totally broken condition. I have complained more then 5 times but No one interested to answering me. It is very bad site I lost so much my money.

SIR, I had purchased 2 bottles of the above product a few weeks back for rs/2100
plus shipping charges, which i paid and took delivery.After a a day or two i casually examined the label, and was surprised to see that the price on the bottle'showed Rs 550/-on each bottle.I immediately called the customer care and
told them about the same and asked them for immediate refund of the extra charged Amt.or to send 2 more bottles to compensate .They asked me send the
details, which I did. So far i have not received any reply.Kindly see that my money
is returned or 2 more bottles sent at the earliest.
