I have ordered 2 items from ShopClues dated 23.11.2020 at rupees 19170 through my account.
Order no[protected] was for water geyser of amount Rs 8612 which was paid from my saving account.
Other order no[protected] was for cata chimney of amount 10558.
Both the orders were cancelled by ShopClues. The first item amount 8612 was settled and refunded to me.
However 10558 amount is still not paid . It is humble request and ask them to pay the above amount. Please ask them to pay interest on said amount also.
The complete mistake was at shop clues end. As the item was cancelled at ShopClues end due to delay at shipment by merchant.

It this so strange to know that He has all my ShopClues Order Details, with my phone, address, amount of product, etc and that's how he is trying to validate himself. I am suspecting that its a scam even they have shared all the shopclues ID card, adhar, and pan card of that person. His unprofessional communication made me skeptical. However, I am so surprised to know my personal data has been leacked and its in the wrong hands!
This is the direct data security challenge to consumers and it's not expected from brands like ShopClues. Please take note of this request as there is a question on data breaching and unethical practices, losing trust, or brand loyalty.
