I got a post from shopclues in that I have received a gift card. In that gift card I had a scratch option and I scratched it . It showed you won 15 lakh rupees and I call to customer care which is given in that post. They said you won 15 lakh. Now I asked how to redeem those. They said first you have to pay 15000 for taxes to deposit that money. All these were conversations are happen through phone calls and WhatsApp messages that number is [protected] and what I have to do now

Team ShopClues, I placed an order on ShopClues a few weeks back. And today I got the call from a person claiming to be ShopClues manager calling from head office and that I have won XUV 500 or cash of 15 Lakhs or something. Asking my ID, photos, etc.

It this so strange to know that He has all my ShopClues Order Details, with my phone, address, amount of product, etc and that's how he is trying to validate himself. I am suspecting that its a scam even they have shared all the shopclues ID card, adhar, and pan card of that person. His unprofessional communication made me skeptical. However, I am so surprised to know my personal data has been leacked and its in the wrong hands!

This is the direct data security challenge to consumers and it's not expected from brands like ShopClues. Please take note of this request as there is a question on data breaching and unethical practices, losing trust, or brand loyalty.

I have paid 60/- in PNB ATM card but I have not received my order or not received my refund money 60/- till date 05/01/2021 this expired the one month time. This amount not received my bank account . This is not good habit and not good behavior. I was confirm to bank. Bank told me your amount not recived our bank. This matter one month old. My refund amount not process till date. What is this.             Sir I had oredered a book from ShopClues but I had cancelled it as soon as I came to know that It was an ebook I had already paid the amount of book as there was no cash on delivery available after waiting for 2 days for refund to arrive I haven't received refund yet ShopClues is saying that refund is given in you bank account but I haven't received the refund yet
            They are having no proper system to talk with customers care executive

                I have received the pTron bluetooth headphone on 03/12/2020 . The product was defective (headphone's volume + button was not working ) so I returned it on 04/12/2020.
                The expected date of refund rs 542 was on 10/12/20. It was reflected in the form of cluesbucks then I converted it into original mode. But I want my refund amount 542 rs in the account i.e upi (original mode ) but still not received any amount.

                      I have ordered 2 items from ShopClues dated 23.11.2020 at rupees 19170 through my account.

                      Order no[protected] was for water geyser of amount Rs 8612 which was paid from my saving account.
                      Other order no[protected] was for cata chimney of amount 10558.

                      Both the orders were cancelled by ShopClues. The first item amount 8612 was settled and refunded to me.

                      However 10558 amount is still not paid . It is humble request and ask them to pay the above amount. Please ask them to pay interest on said amount also.

                      The complete mistake was at shop clues end. As the item was cancelled at ShopClues end due to delay at shipment by merchant.

                        Hai My name is VVS Prakash, today(24-Dec-2020) i have received a letter from shop clues stating that i have selected for 1 lakh cash prize in lucky draw conducted by shop clues
                        I didn't received any official notification either through mail or message. In letter they have asked for bank details and to adjust all the amount comes under GST through bank

                        Is this real or fake?

                        My Concern is how shopclues is exposing the CUSTOMER private data to these ###. I need an answer other than we are strictly verifying from all the sides

                                    I have received a message and a call saying that i have won a mahindra suv and the site says to pay 6500/- to claim my prize. I want to know whether this is genuine prize from your company or fake

                                      This is mahesh
                                      I had a call from a person from ShopClues says about that "I had won the lucky draw 2nd prize of car and rather than car they will pay money of 8L and said I had to deposit 10k to company account.
                                      Plz solve this problem to this it's fake or real.
