I am trying to return the product and applied it their web portal but no one came for pickup. I am getting messages that person not available next address not found and today package not ready for pickup. I don't know why the issues happening to pickup. I am available at home. I simply stay at home. I have office work at home.

I ordered a product through net banking of Rupees 517. I cancelled the order. In app shows refund in bank account. But the amount was refunded. Changed the mode into added clue buck

I want to transfer clue buck credit refund amount in bank account

I received refund amount in clue bucks but I want to transfer that amount to my bank account reply asap .

I cane booked nokia reburished 5310 red express mobile on 08/11/20
under cod, after i think to change the order was prepaid by using bob
debit card through paytem app. but your courrier man asked money
to delivery the parcel, i told him it was already paid by me, i shown the details he regused to delivered. so what can i do ? the order was cancelled and retrurn back to my money. this is for your kind information

Wrong products received but company not accept it. And not return money

Maine 11 nov.ko ek dress order ki.jis ki order id[protected] h.maine Google pay s 378rs.payment kiya.lakin payment pending dikha raha h.customer care no.pr koi baat nhi krta.3 fin s m complaint kr rahi hu.lakin abhi tk na kisi n contact kiya h or na hi koi solutions mila h.

After delay of 15 days Shopclues sent me a defective, used TV on which internet does not work among other defects. They are supposed to honor a full refund policy, but they have blocked my emails and phone calls. Even the manufacturer Skyled has blocked my phone calls. I am unable to contact customer care to both these dishonest companies.
They also keep sending msgs of pickup failed with intention to cheat and deceive.

I paid the amount Rs 2428/- during delivery of the product.

But he product is different i.e model # JMR1140(black) and the battery is defective, it is not charging and teh product is not working.

I have requested to return this product and thy have rejected my request.

Please look into the matter to refund my money.

I purchase shoes from ShopClues.com vide order number[protected]. Shoes quality was not upto mark . So raise complaint and returned. I had Many time complained to return money but no response from ShopClues. Only says they will raise tickets but it did not ncome on mail. Last 15 days i am suffering but nothing is happening. There is no customer care executive there to speak. Lastly I used some clues in purchasing but it did not allow me to use full clues.so finally ShopClues unfound a looting shoping site

I ordered a product from ShopClues where Ekart is the tracking and delivery partner. I had paid the bill online and the product was promised to be delivered on 30/10/2020. But was later postponed to 3/11/2020. But even after 8 days my product is not yet delivered. Im extremely depressed with this unprofessional working of ShopClues. I surely would complain to the Consumer Court, if my product is not delivered immediately

First thing first, I think I made a blunder of shopping such costly equipment from Shop clues.Their whole system is very pathetic. First of all they delayed the delivery by good 3-4 days. Then they delivered the wrong product. Then even after posting the pics of the delivery received, they are again asking to post so many pictures. The outer pack of the equipment is itself showing all the details of the model delivered to me. Then why do...

My order no.[protected] dated on 23 Oct, 2020, but both pieces are damaged n refund in my Cluesbucks but from my side i transfers the Cluesbucks to my bank account, it says that transfer in 09th Nov 2020 but still waiting for my amount/money. Please check n verify the enclosed screenshot.

9th Nov 2020 established delivery date but received my item delivered and change date 6days extra 15 Nov 2020 i am satisfied ShopClues

I have booked soldering machine but still not receive in my hand & I have receive complaint status is resolved & delivered hence, I spoke on shopcluse mobile no & boy said wait for 2 days your order being cancelled but its almost 3 days pass but still no revert.
