    I am trying to return the product and applied it their web portal but no one came for pickup. I am getting messages that person not available next address not found and today package not ready for pickup. I don't know why the issues happening to pickup. I am available at home. I simply stay at home. I have office work at home.

      I ordered a product through net banking of Rupees 517. I cancelled the order. In app shows refund in bank account. But the amount was refunded. Changed the mode into added clue buck

            I cane booked nokia reburished 5310 red express mobile on 08/11/20
            under cod, after i think to change the order was prepaid by using bob
            debit card through paytem app. but your courrier man asked money
            to delivery the parcel, i told him it was already paid by me, i shown the details he regused to delivered. so what can i do ? the order was cancelled and retrurn back to my money. this is for your kind information

                  After delay of 15 days Shopclues sent me a defective, used TV on which internet does not work among other defects. They are supposed to honor a full refund policy, but they have blocked my emails and phone calls. Even the manufacturer Skyled has blocked my phone calls. I am unable to contact customer care to both these dishonest companies.
                  They also keep sending msgs of pickup failed with intention to cheat and deceive.

                              I purchase shoes from ShopClues.com vide order number[protected]. Shoes quality was not upto mark . So raise complaint and returned. I had Many time complained to return money but no response from ShopClues. Only says they will raise tickets but it did not ncome on mail. Last 15 days i am suffering but nothing is happening. There is no customer care executive there to speak. Lastly I used some clues in purchasing but it did not allow me to use full clues.so finally ShopClues unfound a looting shoping site

                                  I ordered a product from ShopClues where Ekart is the tracking and delivery partner. I had paid the bill online and the product was promised to be delivered on 30/10/2020. But was later postponed to 3/11/2020. But even after 8 days my product is not yet delivered. Im extremely depressed with this unprofessional working of ShopClues. I surely would complain to the Consumer Court, if my product is not delivered immediately

First of all they delayed the delivery by good 3-4 days. Then they delivered the wrong product.                                     My order no.[protected] dated on 23 Oct, 2020, but both pieces are damaged n refund in my Cluesbucks but from my side i transfers the Cluesbucks to my bank account, it says that transfer in 09th Nov 2020 but still waiting for my amount/money.
