    As I have ordered for the curtain amount of 489 and ShopClues provided the curtain of 389 of poor qualit and not taking the return as decided by their merchant. Even though I have sent them the pics too .I have tried their customers care executive several times but did not got any response from them.they never connect the call to cc and no other option of approaching them..

      This is a very bad experience with Shopclues.com.
      I have ordered a pair of shoes which was not fit at all and I have raised a request for return.
      The Product was picked up by shopclues and I am still waiting for the amount to be refunded.
      Very bad and pathetic service by shopcluse.

              I ordered Raptech Bluetooth Wireless Neckband Bluetooth Headset with Mic ( Multicolor)and I have done online payment. I received my order on Tuesday Oct 20, 2020. When I unboxed it, instead of Bluetooth headset there is Smart watch. There is details of Bluetooth headset on the parcel but inside there is smart watch. I requested to return it but your courier partner refused to take because of the details on the parcel is not matching with the delivered product. He suggested me to inform to the Shopclues.com. Then I sent mail to the support help but I didn't get any reply since 3 days. So, I request you to deliver my the ordered product. If it is not possible then I request a refund.

                  2 month ago I ordered product from ShopClues and paid amount through online mode. They cancelled my order . And still now 2 months are over they not refund my amount in my bank account

                    Shopclues sucks.
                    I ordered a motherboard and seller send me ondont know what in a small packet. Or returning the shopclues refunded the amount in form of cluesbucks which is wrong even when option for refund was selected as credit cards. Moreover, their customer care IVR says instructions for transferring amt will be forwarded .. but without any results.. sad I was deceived by this site .. help me in getting my money back in my CC

                      Hi,

                      I had ordered lee cooper loafers and had done a payment of Rs.1215 from my credit card, Order ID :[protected]

                      The product received by me was not the original one and was the copy product, even the tag attached to the product was fake/ingenuine hence I put return request.

                      Now the product is picked up and I can see that the amount Rs.1215 credited as cluesbucks in my shopclues account.

                      I have sent many messages in the shoclues app against the order to credit back the refund to original payment mode i.e .on credit card but still i received it as clues bucks.

                      Request you to look into this and do the needful.

                        I ordered flow buzz 5.1 on june 17, 2020. COD confirmed. I got my product on 22 june, 2020. But I received wrong and damaged product of ikall 5.1 without speakers and remote. I filed a complaint. The took my return request but not yet came take back the wrong product. If I see the staus in app the return request is closed. They are cheating.

                                  I had purchased a product from shopclues through UPI but within an hour I canceled the order, this was on 18th September 2020.
                                  Shopclues advised that the refund will reflect in 10 days in on 29th Sep.
                                  Amount never came in to bank when I complaint they give me RRN number stating they had initiated the refund kindly coordinate with bank.
                                  When I contact the bank they informed me that this number is not legit and there is no such refund initiated.
                                  I am trying to raise a complaint almost everyday but shopclues is adamant and not giving my refund.

                                    I received a defective product. The touchscreen doesn't work properly. I asked to have it return. I received the product four days ago so I am still within ShopClues' 10 day return policy. Instead costumer service told me to visit Ikall's support center. I don't want to do this, I want to return it as it is my right. ShopClues ignores my request.
