          I ordered a laptop which was supposed to be delivered by shoupclues on 1st sept. Order was not delivered and since than i am sending messages for cancel and refund but not getting response.

          Customer care is also not taking calls.

          I do not want this laptop now as it is already delayed and this requirement was urgent. Please help getting my refund from shopcluses.

                            I have 2 Nos of return items one to Amazon another to shop clues.

                            1- Amazon order ID No[protected]

                            2- shop clues order ID No[protected]

                            Due to the default of the item I am arising, return request and approved .

                            → But due to misunderstanding the blue dart courier picked the returns item of Amazon and sent to shop clues courier seller vide blue dart courier waybill No.[protected]. The item received by you on date 10/08/2020.

                            → I dispatched the return item of shop clues to the seller on date 14/08/2020 vide CN No- [protected] of own cost and the item received by you on date 18/08/2020.

                            My gentle request to the seller please return the Amazon item which was received by you on date 10/08/2020 . If you will return the item then I will be able to return the Amazon product.

                            I am attaching the way bill and (DRS) report which is collected from blue dart courier service for your reference as per advice by you(madam) .Please take necessary action at your end

                              I had placed the order of Vkaran anarkali gown online from my son's mobile (Mobile Number : [protected]) on 20/7/2020. Order ID is[protected]. I had paid the amount of Rs. 639 online by using my son's debit card. But till today I did not get this product. And on 24/7/2020 my son received the message that the product is delivered to you. The delivery agent did not call me to inform about the delivery of the product. Since 24th July I am sending the messages on customer support to Shopclues company regarding the delivery issue. Also I tried to contact the shopclues customer executive on [protected] regarding the delivery problem. But nobody received my call. Only the recorded voice could be heard. On 26th August again I requested the customer executive to call me and the customer executive called me. But the executive refused to deliver the product. Then I requested the executive to give the refund of Rs. 639. But the executive again refused to give the refund of Rs. 639. I want either Vkaran anarkali gown or the refund of Rs. 639. Please solve this problem as early as possible.

                                Hi, I ordered a product from shopclues and did full payment for it.
                                However, its been delayed so many times. I am unable to cancel the product even as i get a message saying "cannot cancel a product as it is in transit"

                                On the expected day of delivery i used to get "Delivery delayed", but now i am not getting that message either.

                                  I have an order with ShopClues order id[protected]. The shipment was not delivered to me it is in transit and now it is wad returned to the seller but in Shopclues panel there are showing a return request for me, how it is possible order is not delivered to me still they continuosly arranging the pick up request and the same i am already shared with ShopClues but they are not responding to this.                                         I want to file complaint against the seller for deffective and damahe product recived

                                        I had orded green moong dal. If the seller doesn't have the inventory in stock then he should off the inventory and not give the product or cancel the product he had given green moongh dal in deffective quality and damage all insect and stones in green moongh dal.

                                        2nd reason he should have the sense that all products atleast food product pack propely with some tight container and safety to it that customer get in proper condition he had packed so tightly all materials was inside it and damage due to poor packing

                                        3rd reason the product which he had provide is expired and outdated stock because inside the product small black kernels is there black kernel is type of insects which produces due to old stock grains and that grains is not usable once insect occurred into it

                                        And 4the reason he should know we are living in invisible enemy which can't see but affect human organs very badly and in this condition he had given insect product not think about shopclues business and customer health only thinking of his wealth

                                        I m esclating this issue to shopclues customercare and [protected]@support. Shopclues.com and. [protected]@shopclues.com, sanjay sethi sir, bhavishya chauhan sir, shijoon lee and kanchan kukreja and all consumer complaint department of india and jago grahak jago also...

                                        Then seller will know what type of game is playing with customer safety and health... Seller should get lesson
