Hello Sir/Madam, I have ordered Table mate in shop clues website on 2nd Feb 2015. Yesterday around 5.30 PM (11th Feb) received the product. Clips are damaged underside of the table mate. Without that clips can't able to fix the Table mate. Need your kind attention on this and get replaced. Call me at [protected] for further clarifications i[censored] have. Thank you.

Its been more than 12days since i placed an order, Received an email that, the product is shipped.
The delivery date has passed and still not received the product.. I have been following up with shopclues customer care. Every time they say, wait for 24 hrs, we will get back to you. but I never got any response from them. If they will not sort it out within 2 days i will file a FIR against them.

I ordered a reebok Sunglasses on 3rd Feb 2015 and order no. 36619767 and after a day they cancelled my order without any prior reason.
The product was in stock and when I called up the shopclues they said the merchant cancelled the order due to insufficient stock.
In fact, I double checked the same online but, the stock was very much available. The shopcules are cheating the customer by putting misleading advertisement. Request you to register a case and do the needful to resolve my issue by delivery the product ordered.

I have a complaint against online shopping portal shopclues.com.

As per trail mail i have ordered one JBL Headphone and 2 sony 10000MAH power bank. After receiving both the product i found that both the products are duplicate they look like the orignal product but actually they are fully duplicate in quality.
When i know the issue i go to shopclues.com site and try to update the return procedure but it was impossibly because of their photo upload process.
And after number o[censored]nsuccessful attempts o[censored]pdate the return process i contact to customer care and they told me that as per their policy they will not process return as it cross 10 days.

I am just fade up with these big names as they are doing fraud very easily and in a very big platform.
Please raise this issue .

sir i ordered a harddisk with order no.[protected] and after 2 days they cancelled my order without any prior reason...the product is in stock right now...when i called shopclues they say the merchant cancelled the order due to insufficient stock...i ask you why the product is still in stock then...i paid 3516rs for this order ...kindly make them to either sed my order within the respective time or refund my money with in a day!

i had been sopping SAHARA INDUCTION COOKER at shop clues confirmation order no[protected]. on DATED-27-NOV 2014. When i found product. this product was DEFECTIVE recently i informed customer care.C .care tell me Return request for your order 27867885 for Sahara induction cooker has been received on dated-3-DEC-20147& Return request approved dated-8-DEC-2014. C.care informed me my team will receive defective product your's home. After some days i call C.care he tell me AREA PIN- 323307 is not provided my service . So please You send DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & given address.I had send def. product by DTDC COURIER&CARGO LTD. on dated- 13-DEC-2014 When reached d.product Shopclues team refused to receive this product after some days D.product return at my home. Then i contact shopclues care team about this matter they are not solve my problem & producing the confusion .I had spend allready Rs-998.0 ON PRODUCT + 460.0 ON COURIER +approx 150.0 ON PHONE . All details i given to shopclues team. I did not return product only shopclues pay my payment & courier charges. When i contact customer care . Customer care take very very long time & becomes spend extra west money. i have given all suitable proof but shopclues team changing each statement.

I was trying to order "Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Rich Chocolate 10Lbs" for 5000 . I placed the order and paid the money but was shocked because the order was not confirmed by the site . Then I immediately checked bank transaction and it says transaction was successful. i need my refund help me guys .

i have buy tablet vox 102 from shopclues..but after i received it, it was defect product..then 24.1.205 i resend the tablet to shopclues for replacement .shopclues executive are told to me they will refund my amount on my account ..i also send my all account detail but now still no response .no tablet or no refund.

I have ordered a hand bag from shop clues after checking the photo mentioned. but when I received it was not upto the mark so I asked for the return and refund of money. they declined it. They said they are not going to return the stuff. They are just cheating the customers and doing to fraud to us.

Dear Sir/Madam Order ID : 35360751 Date of placing order : 26th January 2015 Contact No. :[protected] I ordered a “Car Charger + Micro USB Data Charging Cable” for Rs.33 from shopclues.com on 26th January 2015 using my debit card.But due non-availability of the same I cancelled my order & contacted shopclues to refund my payment. I has been a couple of weeks & I haven’t got my refund yet. I am disappointed from your product . you show in websitte the product in good images and sent in very ugly condition. I have ordered the deos as order not given in subject and recived today, all deos seems in used condition and packing on upper where the spray used. I have purchased On Serious Mass through Shopclues.com May'14 amounting Rs 4890/-. When I opened the product and used it, I found it fake as I have used it earlier, and I know the taste and fragrance of the supplement. When I checked on google, I found other buyers were also cheated by Shopclues sellers by delivering fake Serious Mass. DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD SUPPLEMENTS FROM SHOPCLUES.COM

I ordered two Micromax Bolt A089 Black phones from ShopClues.com on the 27th of January 2015 from two different email ids – [protected]@yahoo.com, Order No.[protected]; [protected]@gmail.com, Order No. – 35397387 which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd February 2015. Till date i.e. 7th February 2015 I haven’t received the order. The phone was taken on EMI because of which my 8, 000/- rupees have been stuck and now I’m not able to cancel the order as according to them they have shipped the order to the third party vendor responsible for delivery( Ecom Express) and on contacting the ECom Express they claim that they haven’t received the order yet. Now the customer doesn’t know who is telling the truth. On contacting the customer care center they are not responding properly and not providing any concrete answer. I called them 10 times from 30th January 2015 just to get an assurance whether they have the capability to deliver that item on or before 3rd February and they were giving the assurance that they would deliver it on or before 3rd February 2015..But on 3rd February only they have shipped the item and again they are saying that they will deliver it in another 4-7 days which is frustrating for me. They are giving the the assurance that they have put the complaint on high priority but on contacting the customer care on 7th February it was found that the complaint was put on low priority even after delaying the delivery from expected delivery date. The product was urgent for me as I had to gift it to my family members on a special occasion to make it memorable for them and as a surprise for them but the ShopClues.com was showing no urgency and were showing no respect to my emotions. I have been going through the agony by calling them again and again, fighting with them, increasing my phone bills and wasting my time. I want an immediate action against ShopClues.com so that no other customer faces the same issue and agony that I have faced with them. Looking forward for a strict and immediate action against for all such fake ecommerce sites popping up daily which keeps on making a fool of customers and who don’t respect the customer’s emotions.
