    i have buy tablet vox 102 from shopclues..but after i received it, it was defect product..then 24.1.205 i resend the tablet to shopclues for replacement .shopclues executive are told to me they will refund my amount on my account ..i also send my all account detail but now still no response .no tablet or no refund.

        I have ordered a hand bag from shop clues after checking the photo mentioned. but when I received it was not upto the mark so I asked for the return and refund of money. they declined it. They said they are not going to return the stuff. They are just cheating the customers and doing to fraud to us.

                shopclues have disabled or deactivated my account without informing me. It shows error msg "Your account is disabled. Please contact the store administration." and my order 34319633 which i had placed was recived totally damged i was share photo wid you, I called them 10-15 times regarding this issue and for activating my account again as it is having 544clues bucksplus 14 clues buck which i will get for refund. Now 3-4 days has been passed and they are not activating my account again. When ever i call them they say that request have been forwarded and the query will be solved within 24-48 hours, But NO use, till now my account is not activated. Its better to buy from roadside and not from shopclues, At list the road side sellers may solve our queries and issue but not this shopclues. solve quary yet..

                  Dear Sir/Madam Order ID : 35360751 Date of placing order : 26th January 2015 Contact No. :[protected] I ordered a “Car Charger + Micro USB Data Charging Cable” for Rs.33 from shopclues.com on 26th January 2015 using my debit card.But due non-availability of the same I cancelled my order & contacted shopclues to refund my payment. I has been a couple of weeks & I haven’t got my refund yet. Each time I contact them I get the same answer that the process will take 24-48 hrs more and your request is under process.I've contacted them for about 6-8 times and the charges I incurred had cost me more than the product amount.As i am a working woman i dont have much time and money to spend and waste on them.although the product i ordered was only of Rs.33, had it been some other big amount then i would have incurred a huge loss.Please look into the matter and take necessary action asap and oblige.

When I opened the product and used it, I found it fake as I have used it earlier, and I know the taste and fragrance of the supplement. When I checked on google, I found other buyers were also cheated by Shopclues sellers by delivering fake Serious Mass. DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD SUPPLEMENTS FROM SHOPCLUES.COM

                        I ordered two Micromax Bolt A089 Black phones from ShopClues.com on the 27th of January 2015 from two different email ids – [protected]@yahoo.com, Order No.[protected]; [protected]@gmail.com, Order No. – 35397387 which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd February 2015. Till date i.e. 7th February 2015 I haven’t received the order. The phone was taken on EMI because of which my 8, 000/- rupees have been stuck and now I’m not able to cancel the order as according to them they have shipped the order to the third party vendor responsible for delivery( Ecom Express) and on contacting the ECom Express they claim that they haven’t received the order yet. Now the customer doesn’t know who is telling the truth. On contacting the customer care center they are not responding properly and not providing any concrete answer. I called them 10 times from 30th January 2015 just to get an assurance whether they have the capability to deliver that item on or before 3rd February and they were giving the assurance that they would deliver it on or before 3rd February 2015..But on 3rd February only they have shipped the item and again they are saying that they will deliver it in another 4-7 days which is frustrating for me. They are giving the the assurance that they have put the complaint on high priority but on contacting the customer care on 7th February it was found that the complaint was put on low priority even after delaying the delivery from expected delivery date. The product was urgent for me as I had to gift it to my family members on a special occasion to make it memorable for them and as a surprise for them but the ShopClues.com was showing no urgency and were showing no respect to my emotions. I have been going through the agony by calling them again and again, fighting with them, increasing my phone bills and wasting my time. I want an immediate action against ShopClues.com so that no other customer faces the same issue and agony that I have faced with them. Looking forward for a strict and immediate action against for all such fake ecommerce sites popping up daily which keeps on making a fool of customers and who don’t respect the customer’s emotions.                           Dear Sir, we are shopclues seller from last 1year recently shopclues debited Rs 4440/- (near by 100 to 200 more or less) here i have give all details about this matter. you take action on shopclues company. my suggetion is do not sell with shopclues. they are doing daylight robbery from sellers. My Details 1. order no: 21219321. shopclues debited Rs 3535.02 we sent this item by Bluedart courier as per shopclues guidance. but, it was returnd to us by Bluedart Courier they said " DATA NOT FOUND From shopclues site" we mailed same day to our service manager Mr.Mohammed amir . but, no response from him & shopclues. what can we do in this matter? but, shopclues debited Rs 3535.02 from our ac recently. we mailed many time. but we got indirect answer from them. after a long time they mailed to me "you did not shipped this order .so, we debited product value" what is this, how can i response for Data Not found prblom? 2. order no: 32814385 & 32812787 we shipped this order same day after getting order by shopclues. customer did not recieved this product after made cod. customer mobile no is out of service ( Mr.Om Prakash Ray, A156, 2nd Floor, Shakkarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, mobile no is [protected]. ) customer mobile no is out of service. so, product returnd to us Note Here !! if shopclues take alternative mobile no how will it return to us? robbery team sorry to say this . we are very tired due to asking with shopclues (shopclues team ) debited Rs 809 fro this dear sir/madam, you say is it robbery or not? 3.order no: 24151717 we shipped this product. bluedart picked this order & not shipped. they said "due to Festival traffic, it will take some more time" after 1 week, they returend this product, we could not ship this item due to heay festival traffic" what can we do sir? again robbery team ( shopclues team debited Rs 289.821. from our ac all are debited recently by january & feb 2015 . they are not returned our money pls take criminal action on shopclues & my requst is, do not sell with shopclues .com Thank you MID no:72719
