I had ordered earpods from ShopClues they were defective I told them the same day I encountered this issue that it is defective they told me to visit service station however it was the same day if was supposed to return because it was in window
When I reached service station they told me that for the same product the warranty has expired and claimed two times that mean they send me a used product
I told them this issues then finally they told me to send the product back from your end that means I had to arrange a courier for it and pay for it
Now finally I did the same they now sent me a mail that send us the product but don't send through India post yesterday they didn't now that I send the product they might have seen the tracking slip they tell me not to send through India post they should have mentioned that earlier I'm frustrated it's my earned money they are cheats . I have encountered several challenges, including delayed responses, confusing instructions, and a lack of acknowledgment of the issue I am facing.

I had placed an order on[protected] amounting to Rs.10, 399. My order no. is[protected]. Shopclues then canceled my order due to non availability of item and sent an email saying amount will be refunded. However I have not received the refund till now. I have been following up with them everyday. Initially they were responding saying there is some technical issue. But now they have completely stopped responding and are ignoring all my messages. It has been over a month now and I have not received my refund.

I ordered this product on 26 August 2023 . But due to not avability with merchant, I cancelled this order. They say that amount will reflect in your account on 4 sep 2023 but amount is not reflected yet (8 aug 2023)

Order mobile via order id[protected] dt 25/08/2023, when i place order first time via my rbl card faculty EMI its shows payment failed for rs 3706.82 ( with EMI interest ), then i try further payment via icici bank in full Rs 3590/- its confirm and also money deducted from icici bank, after that massage came from rbl bank that the money also deducted from rbl rs 3706.82 which i trying for first payment, i already try to contact shopclues care more than 15 times but not able to contact them from talk directly, now rbl bank charged me EMi charge on rbl account, pls chk and arrange for full refund, pls note my contact no [protected]

I got a call from shopclues representative asking me to follow a controversial procedure to received my refund. He asked me to open my SBI yono app & use YONO cash to get refund. When I told him to refund my money using original payment method, he cut the call & told me that he will cancel my refund request. This is extremely unprofessional & disappointing on part of shopclues. Now I feel I have been cheated by shopclues . I never had such experience with shopclues before. The representative seemed not genuine. The number I got call from is [protected].

I paid for a smartphone order on 25 July approximately about rs26000 to shopclues. Later my order was cancelled & refund process initiated . My order ID is[protected] & refund ID is 21611963. Estimated time of refund was 30 July 2023. Today is 6th August 2023 & refund process is still pending. No response to my repeated emails from the website. Plus no proper communication with customer care is available.

I was told that I was given a part-time job in shopclues mall, in which I had to complete the given tasks by ordering items displayed. I had to invest my own money to order the items and complete the tasks. At a certain point, I couldn't continue as I ran out of funds. I requested to give my money that I invested back. But they refused and locked up all the money that I put in. I invested around 2, 60, 000. Requesting you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the people who are using your shopclues name for such scams.

I have purchases a Refurbished mobile ( Vivo Y 93) on 26th June, 2023, and accordingly paid the value Rs- 5864.00, but shop clue could not able to deliver the item showing reason that product not available with the Merchant, .Arranging alternative- could not able to deliver the item hence right now they are not in position to make delivery as per their schedule.
thereafter i have compelled to cancel my order, but after cancellation refund not getting in spite of giving warning more than 10 times.,

I ordered a 1000mw laser but got a weaker one and was asked to post pictures of the item online, however it couldn't be done on their website so mailed them and posted the pictures required to their WhatsApp.Their executive said I would receive the replacement in a week but when I contacted them after 10 days they said the return window is closed and refused to replace the item even though I had complained immediately, they said it was not valid

Some people have contacted me on WhatsApp stating to give part time job on ShopClues.the job would be to boost some products on their website and in return I would be paid 65600 in a week.

They have sent an link to register myself to the website (www.in-shopclues.com. now they are not providing any kind of document, no interview nothing.

i completed my registration now they are asking to add bank account details to which I denied.

My concern is "" is this job offer genuine and from the company itself"

I Ordered An Mobile Phone In Shopclues And I Received An Empty Package With 2 Charger Adopters They Keep Rejecting My Return Request

The size of socks are small & I want to return but they are rejected as saying that they cannot refund as this is free size product. Hence this is cheating with customer.
