Refund amount pending since 2 months

    I had placed an Order on 05/10/2014 and made online payments, I recd. the confirmation of the Order at 20.09 hrs on 05/10/2014. On 06/10/2014 at 16.03 hrs I recd the message (SMS) from SHOPCLUES confirming the dispatch vide E-COM Tracking No.[protected]. It is already more than EIGHT DAYS but the ordered item has not been delivered. May I know how much time will be needed by the SHOPCLUES to deliver the Oreder item?

            This complain is regards to order no 21717895 which was cancelled after 12 days.This is very ridiculous that after 12 days I got to know that my order is canceled. The service you are providing is very worst. If you are not able to provide good service or deliver the order on time then surely you have to close your online selling. Now I need my money back in my A/c within next 24hrs otherwise, I will definitely file a legal complaint(case) against Shopclues.I hope you will definitely take appropriate action on the above complain.

              I had ordered a Micromax 50C1200FHD/50C5500FHD 124 cm (49 inch) LED TV [Order Number: 50733905, Return Number: 1402781]. A damaged product was delivered. The LED screen/panel was cracked badly. The complaint was raised immediately on the same day for a refund. It has been more than 2-weeks, and still the issue is dragging with inappropriate reasons such as "merchant unavailable". The pictures had been uploaded by clearly highlighting the damaged product. A complete video of the opening of the package has been shot too, which I have in my disposal.
              Delay tactics are being used with silly reasons such as "merchant unavailable", etc. The issue is still not resolved even after more than 2-weeks of receiving the product.

                            I had order a fox riding jacket which came in after a long wait., The product was wrong & totally damaged. I have ordered HCL ME V1 (SILVER) TAB from shopcluse.com with the order number 19717293 They have delivered the product as on 8 sep 2014. when i have checked the product after 15 day that was faulty and i am contieousaly following those pepole for replace ment but didn't get that. I have invested and didn't get worth of product, please help me to refund the money.                                     My order no. 21742353 was beats oem lamborghini studio headphones... According to oem and discription the product should be a beats oem studio..but I got I a plastic small headphones with beats m lamborghini logo...even wire is half troned...the product they send is fake chinese 100bucks product..I tried there return product policy but nothing from them..not a single reply..even forwarded the images but nothing... All gone in vain...now I want is replacement with orignal oem with box pouch and headphones with battery compartment which company described there
