    I have ordered a Power bank on 17-08-22 and I have to cancel it because of quality issues. The product name is Digimate 15000 mah Lithium-ion Power Bank and the order id is[protected]. They were showing that Refund Processed and expected refund in your account by Sun, 28 Aug 2022. I didn't received any amount in my account bank account yet. And today is 29 Aug.

                  We are seller of Shopclues.com. Shopclues have stopped processing payouts for sellers after November 2021. Everytime we call they say because of technical issues they are not able to process the payouts till date, I mean who in the world would take 8 months to resolve technical issues for so long. We have waited long enough to get this sorted but looks like they dont have any intention of clearing the payouts. This is nothing but a case of cheating and fraud. A strict action should be taken against them. MID - 1103747

                    The product described is different than the delivered one, no replace or return option available even tho both are mentioned in the policy, no contact details available, no replies received for raised tickets.

                    Updated by Taha Kezar Husain                     Update :- after this complaint someone posing as talking from shopclues called me and asked the issue and forced me to install quicksupport TeamViewer (generally used to scam people in this type of cases) on enquiring the reason to download it he stated to update the replace option shopclues, i asked for alternate method and he rudely refused and ends the call.

                      I am a seller on shopclues.Com, as i was new i tried to do paid promotions, we paid a handsome amount but after that we didnt recieve orders nor could we find where did our money go!
                      called them atleast 50 times to understand the performance of ads ...No answer...Raised ticket and took followup nearly 100 times but no one dared to get back and resolve our issue...We have lost hope and fedup of shopclues...We lost our time and money!! its a fraud company

                        I ordered for projector screen on 28 May 2022, (Order ID[protected] when item was delayed by merchant I requested cancellation and Refund, so order was cancelled and refund was approved, Shop clues says they have refunded the amount and will be reflected in my bank account, but till today no amount was credited in my bank, when checked with RRN number ( Refund Reference Number (RRN) - IXGAZUUSJ0) given by shop clues nothing was credited to my account, attaching proof along with this complaint,
