I had ordered Nokia 1100 on Wednesday 05 June 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 8, 2019. I did not receive the product, but on Sunday 9th 2019, I received a message that product has been delivered, whereas I did not receive it, and even on their website it has been displayed as delivered. I tried to contact their customer support, but they too did not respond.

Complaint marked as Resolved As they had said they had already delivered, which was a hoax, again the delivery guy had come and stated that as I was not available, he did not deliver it. He had simply stated the status as delivered which is not at all acceptable. However, I again have to raise a complaint now, as I had asked for refund and they had promised to pick it up which has not happened for the same product as it is defective. Really frustrating...

Updated by Scorpion134 I checked with all and they confirmed that one delivery person had come, but he just asked my name and did not hand anything and just left without delivering anything. Big time fraud. I think I lost my money now. Never ever will I buy anything from ShopClues.com.
