I am getting call and messages from fraud shopclues regarding my purchases. They know all the details of my purchases and continuously texting and calling me for Prize, they are saying that I had won a four wheeler car and for registration they are requesting for money. This incident has happened previous year too. That's why I had stopped shopping with shopclues. Someone is leaking customer data. Kindly take strict action regarding this. I am sending you the details of text messages as screenshot.

I checked consumer complaints form website and i have found many have already complained about the same case happened to me. That means somebody from shopclues.com leaking the data of customers! This is the message i got. I know it is fake. I have recently purchased an item from shopclues and i got this fraud call and message in my mobile and the man called knows that i have purchased an item from shopclues. That means somebody is leaking my data from your company. Look in to the matter. Otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against shopclues

I received a courier to my new address where i shifted just 4 months back. My last purchase with shopclues was sept 2016. I really shock that some fraud in name of shopclues have tracked my new address. 1 lac cash coupon and scratch coupon of 11 lac was attached with a help line number [protected]. Later they informed that they going to rtgs to my bank id and next day informed that i have to pay 6500 as service tax in advance to the below account details.

I have also received a phone call regarding the same and the person aksed my option whether i will take the car or the amount. As the voice call was disturbed i asked him for a mail regarding the same. But i have not received any email.

Later i got a call from the same number mentioned above and he tried assuring me that this is a genuine contest and advised me he will send website link containing the same info but ended up sending his id card n a letter stating i have won the contest which i have attached below. I would request shop clues to take this with cyber crime since there is a contact number mentioned and help in suspecting innocent people from getting conned from these crooks.

I sell two keyboards in shopclues as a saller they are giving 247 rs after commision deducted on that time they are not pick up my item so i corrier it then i paid 80 rs corrier charges for each then total 160rs corrier charges i paid on selling 2 keyboards.. But one product is damaged and it is now in return status but they will not provide 247 rs but they are deducting -402 rs for return what type of service is this they are just taking my product and seeling to costomer they are not giving me the entire prioduct fee...
