Hai, i got a achivment certificate from shopclues as winner in online shopping lucky drow the amount was9200000./rs.the helpline number which was there in the certificate was [protected].i called the number the guy told me to pay 2700/rs .which i paid trusting the shopclues app. later agin he asked foe 9000/rs has GSTwhich i refused to pay .then when i told the guy i dont want the prize and send the amount of rs 2700/ back to my account the CCRguy refuse for that, so its a request please refund my amount to my bank account back .

    Hai im shubha, i got a letter regarding the winner of online shopping mega drow contest ..there was a help line number [protected], i called and asked about that he said its from shopclues, i have won a prize and he told me to pay 2700/ rs to shop clues pvt ltd account, i trusted his words and sent the money of rs 2700/ later he told me to send 9000/rs when i refuse to send he said he will not even give back 2700/ rs also . please send me the money back .i just want the money which i have sent to shopclues account number[protected], it was cbi bankaccount. please help me with it, we havw a finacil problem.

      I have got a post today. It says that I have won 1.2lacs prize cash and I also have got a scratch card (upon scratching I won Swift desire worth of 12.5lacs🤣🤣).
      I found grammatical and spelling errors in the A4 letter. ShopClues name was used on inside and on the scratch card.
      I wonder how they got my address.

        I have received this message today at 9:39 Am “Dear customer Your order number Win the first prize that is Mahindra xuv500 RS {1485000}.in lucky draw from our {shopclues}.online shopping .Registration charge {7400}.WhatsApp no- {[protected]}.Website {shopclusewins.co.in}.DAMOR PRATABAI” and now i have received a call mentioning that i have to share some documents for registration, later i might have to pay INR : 7400/- after the confirmation, i have asked the person to share an email to respond back but he said this has to be shared through WHATSAPP NUMBER “[protected]”.

              I purchase a book which is a hardcopy i saw in shopclues site in 31st jan and shopclues says it will delivered me in 7th feb and suddenly i got a whatsapp message that your product is delivered but i did not get that after so many frustration they said to me that they delivered me as an email while it was also not there. I beg them to return my money but they said it is non refundable, NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WHAT TO DO HOW I COMMUNICATE TO THEM.WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY ONLINE SHOPPING

                  I had ordered a Phone from Shopclues which I had to pay 811 rupees.
                  Order I'd[protected]
                  Due to some issues from Courier Companies they unable to deliver.
                  It got returned to origin
                  Shopclues told me my amount will be refunded to my original payment mode
                  the expected date to be reflect is 29 Jan 2022.
                  But today is 2 Feb 2022. No refund has been received.
                  I had shared my last 3 month Bank Statement with Shopclues but no response
                  They said they refunded my money in payment mode.

                  Tell me what should I do
                  I have lost my money, feeling angry on Shopclues.

                  My suggestion to everyone please don't buy from Shopclues beyond 100 rupees.

                  Please help me to getting my refund.

                    I had a flight on 30th jan 2022 which costed ₹7340 but i had to cancel it for my shopclues order and I again booked a flight on 31st night because 31st was the delivery date but when i checked my order status on 31st morning those frikn fraudsters delayed my delivery to 5 february

                        My Order ID[protected] for Necklace of RS 108.With the company's wrong billing i got two messages to pay. so i paid Rs 108 two times. First time it showed me payment failed, but money was debited from my paytm upi. Another page opened for the payment, i paid this time with my google pay upi, again money was debited. I immediately cancelled the order, I got the refund of only one rs108. Another money of rs108 debited for the order was not refunded to me. so Plz refund my amount of Rs 108

                        otherwise i will contact Consumer court.

                              I received a letter supposedly from shopclues.com for their 10th Anniversary claiming that I have won Rs.8, 40, 000 as prize money.
                              Dated : 2nd week of January, 2022

                              It states a number to be contacted for claiming the prizemoney and further asks not to call the Customer Care number as this is an "internal initiative" as the letter read.

                              It also asks in detail all the data such as PAN, Bank A/c No. etc. as the money would directly be credited to the A/c No. given to them!

                              Attached Letter & Scratch Card for reference .
                              Don't fall for this trap!
