Dear Sir/Madam,

I have following issues with shop clues website from where I bought curtains worth of nearly 9000 rs on 3rd June, 2018 and have not been delivered yet. I am not receiving an email msgs coz my email id is wrong on their website and I cant change it from my mb or computer despite many attempts.

1)I have sent numerous messages to shopclues to change my email id on their website [protected]@hotmail.com, which is WRONG and as a result I cant see my order details and other things.
My CORRECT email id [protected]@hotmail.com.

2)I received a message on my mb that curtains not delivered due to wrong address, I immediately replied on the link sent by shopclues that my address was correct and nobody had come to deliver.

3)Following are the tickets generated by their system where I have put my complaints-

Mene shop clues se pooja paath ki samgri '' mahamrityunjay yantra pendant copper'' me order kiya tha. delivery boy mera product leke aya mene uske paas se product recieve kiya or mene product pack khola to us pack me ek chota khilona nikla ek choti si '' chakhri '' jise chote bachhe jameen pe ya farsh pe ghumate he or jab mene product return kiya to shopclues walon ne mera product pickup to kar liya lekin unhone mere rupees return nahi kiye or na hi koi shopclues customer support mil rha he.

First time, i was purchase watches from your website .
Delivery date of watches : 10/07/2018. in the next day early morning dt : 11/07/2018, i got call from shopclue executive . He told me, mam you are winner of car from shopclue . i asked from him, this is not true sir pls cut the call. after this he is abusing me like Bhosidki and bla bla...words.

pls take strict action on executive, Pls note his Mobile Number : [protected]. I have also recording of his bad behavior in my mobile . if you will not take strict action then i will complaint on police .

Hi,

I have ordered Ikonic CT16 Hair Curler (Order No :[protected] but it's not the original product which I received and not working at all. I am very disappointed with the product. I have tried to contact Shopclues multiple time and but didn't get proper response form them. Always got system generated mail, none of customer support Representative contacted me yet. It's really very frustrating for me to chasing the Shopclues to get my money back.

Sir today i got a call from a no. [protected] and name of person given to me was sumit kumar and he talk all ### and abusive language. He told me that i have won car of 12lakh and to get that prize i have to give 6000rs. He said he is from head branch delhi and gave all his identity as a proof. Sir/madam if he is authentic and a person is of your department I want you to take immediate action even if some is using your name immediate action...

I purchased a projector on 16th June 2018 for 3500. I used only 2-3 times. But once I started using it was not functioning.there was no idea about the customer care of that waste product. So I contacted Shopclues team asking what to do with the situation.they sent one mail telling that thy will respond within 2 working day. now it is the third day (Working day or not)..No respone has come from the end of shopclues.Is it your well accomplished service? if a customer got a difficulty there can be maximum 2 hours for response. More than 2 hours is actually a level of escapism. If you dont give me a solution for this I will escalate this issue in social websites and Mouthshut.com. Not challenging you but I will do.

I was ordered a Gionee A1 mobile from ShopClues vide order I'd[protected] on 1 July 2018 and the same was delivered on 06 July 2018. The product box seal was broken, the mobile was too old as it was not looking new, earphone was not original and charger cable was also some different company. I immediately raise a request for return. The company ask for images of the product and image was immediately sent to the company. Even the company did not provide the invoice its own name. Invoice was third party that is Shakti enterprises, Gandhinagar. I m proding the invoice and screen shot of order through ShopClues. Please look into the metter and save the innocent customers for such type of cheating. My request for return the product are not accepting by the company. Please impose penalty on the company and for refund may be initiated for me

Such a rubbish services. I ordered 2 things, where as both the things i got defect, one was tank sticker for my bike, the order whihc i placed was totally different then the order i received. And secondly the sticker which cost me 173 was such a small sticker which i would get in 20 in market. Such a ###. And i wasted my money on shopclues. Will never ever buy anything from here now

Fraud call came from shopclues on 26 june, 2018 at 9:51am, 9:52am and 9:58am for 50 sec., 5min. 10 sec. And 13 min. 41 sec. Respectively from mobile no. [protected] and the peson calling us was raj pandey. They were informing us for gift draw of maruti swift car from shopclues. For gift they were demanding for registration of rs. 12, 900 and were asking for our account no. To get cash instead of car.
They were promising us for believing them and came to delhi for car. It's a huge request to shopclues to inquire about this matter and person. Otherwise, customer will not trust shopclues and this will affect your market also.

I paid the money to purchase 2 Varanga kurthi. After the delivery date I received only one kurthi. then l called customer care, they told me both were already delivered. But I didn't get . Then after so many calls they replied it's delivered by BlueDart and now it's not their responsibility. Then I called blue dart they confirmed that they only delivered one kurthi. So again again I called ShopClues then they replied same as it's not their responsibility. Now l didn't get my kurthi and l lost my money. Very bad service from customer care.

Someone is using my mobile number for making orders online at shopclues. I do not know him and i do not have any account on shopclues nor i have ordered anything on shopclues nor i have purchased anything online at shopclues earlier.
I have got 2 calls in last 2 days from delivery boy to receive order and i have declined to accept the orders.
Still today i have got message second time on my phone that your order is ready to deliver today once again by shopclues which i haven't ordered at all.
I am providing you order id's of the two orders that i have received via message on my phone and order is not done by me and i have rejected to accept when asked to take it.

I was purchasing 3combo watch in fashion deals.in and its delivery to shopclues that 3watch is allredy damage and made by poor material and this is not the watch of the three promises I have seen the photo. Your company has given me a second watch that has been cheating with a customer, now called me I'm going back to my place and I have been talking to you from your company but those people do not take any responsiveness if I do not get a proper answer, I am going Consumer claim u and Fashiondelas.in

I bought this product fogg long lasting deo deodorants body spray for men combo pack of 2pcs, merchant ref, harmony shope, on[protected].. Order#[protected] its not a original product,,, 75 percent full of water in this bottle,, its comes smells also not good,, very bad product,, i waste of my time to purchase on shopclues,, pls give a original product, otherwise spoil a shopclues name,, i give amount 393/- including delivery charges...

I have returned the said order to the company and has been received by the merchant on 18 june 2018 but no refund has been given to me yet. I tried to contact shopclues but no response was given to my calls and emails. Now it requested to refund me as soon as possible. For the below mentioned order[protected]. If was not refunded i will take legal action against the company as i have already raised complaint in the national consumer court against the shopclues under complaint no 797169.

Courier 'gati' does not supply the parcels at home. He has no office at shamgarh-458883, mp his oofice is at ratlam — 120 km. From shamgarh. Sometimes he does not contact us and return the post-paid articals.. Causing financial loss to us. We do not get refund also. We cannot talk to an executive of shop clue. Refund proceedure is very combersome

So please do not send parcels through ;gatti' — mant for shamgarh 458883
