ShopClues.com — Detergent soap inside a Redmi note 4 package | |||
Today, I received my Redmi Note 4 package from Shopclues. I found the seal on the box broken and inside it was sitting a 'Ghadi' detergent soap (worth Rs.10) instead of the mobile phone. I also found another victim of this similar scandal. Do not know how many more on the way. I have purchased Silver color Laptop from ShopClues.com. They delivered me Black color instead of Silver color. For that i have request for replacement, but merchant of ShopClues.com canceled my replacement request. I want replacement of my product as soon as possible. My order id is[protected].
