Rafi ahamed I got a call from shopclues.com yesterday by saying we have won safari worth of 12, 00000 have made us to pay registration charges of 8, 600 for twice and once again for rtgs charges of 19200 that rbi has hold the amount, They said they will call today. I had placed refund request for ledies shoe & refund almost received but full amount not credited in my account. Total amount paid 607/- rupees but refund amount is 507/- rupees only... And the call on the customer service number is not connected to the executive nor is responding to my emails.
