[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Issue with 16+ orders - Escalation desk also unresponsive - Pending from 6+ months

I have placed "n" number of orders on Shopclues, and they have turned out to be the worst online shopping website and their customer support including Escalation desk is worst.The day I received shipment, if there was any issue, I used to open a customer support ticket. They don;t respond for days and weeks. Don't speak to customer and do whatever they feel like. I have sent aropund 40+ mails to them as followups but they are just sleeping on all mails.3 times different escalation desk managers contacted me but then with a false promise of resolution and then they just disappeared the next day. Nobody seem to take interest in resolving the complaintSometimes they deliver just partial order and mark order as completed and keep extra money with them. Sometimes they take orders and then keep our hard earned money for days and then just refund the money. In meanwhile they earn interest on our money (assume that lakhs of people are ordering from them, this sum is huge and interest is also huge)Ranbir (Escalation manager) contacted me 2+ months ago and then just disappearedMonica (Escalation manager) contacted me 20+ days back, and asked me to waste my time and efforts and put all issues in one excel sheet and send across.
