I have placed the order for the men's sandals 01-pair set payment rs-508/- deducted from my account and deposited in the account of [protected]@axisbank through my upi [protected]@ybl - (Phonepe) but order failed/not confirmed by shop clue how i will get refund of the payment in my account i have emailed my bank details to [protected]@axisbank. Ticket no:9684438 issued by [protected]@axisbank for this issue dt-04/march/2020/.

Payment failure can happen due to multiple reasons including technical issues. If an amount of Rs. 508 has been deducted from your account, it will be auto-reversed. You will have to coordinate with your respective bank, if the same doesn't reflect in your account.
