ShopClues.com — Non refund of money | |||
I purchased one Samsung Galaxy Trend Mobile phone from Shopclues.com on 12/02/2014 as order no 11131289 and paid fully via credit card. The company assured me that the product will be delivered between 20th and 22nd of February and gave the tracking no of the Parcel as U[protected] in First Flight courier. The same was not delivered till March 01st. Upon giving them complaints on 22 and 24, 26, 28 of February they are still biting time and saying they need 48 hours more like this they have not yet given me either the product nor my refunds. I had been waiting for almost 30 days without getting the product nor any further updates on the complaints I had given in email and their website. I need immediate resolution for the same.
