Dear sir, I purchased a woodland leather wallet from shopclues & my order id is 16147865. But the product delivered to me is not the original woodland leather wallet.The quality of the leather too worst . So I applied for replacement & Shopclues arranged a pickup through bluedart courier. I ve sent that product to Clues Network (P) Limited Plot Number- 648, Bijwasan, New Delhi - 110061 The way bill no # [protected]. The product has already been delivered. But still there is no response from shopclues for refund. I ve mailed them many times for refund but they are not responding. The company is simply cheating & harassing the customers. Its my humble request to take proper action it & refund me my amount. Pls do the need full & refund my amount to my bank . Looking forward for your positive response.
