ShopClues.com — Order not delivered | |||
Its been more than 12days since i placed an order, Received an email that, the product is shipped. The delivery date has passed and still not received the product.. I have been following up with shopclues customer care. Every time they say, wait for 24 hrs, we will get back to you. but I never got any response from them. If they will not sort it out within 2 days i will file a FIR against them. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked a product(Denver Hamilton Deodorant Spray 165 ml) on 20 January 2015 and this product status is showing completed on 27 January 2015 but till now I didn't received this product so how can it's status showing completed.
Regarding this problem I mailed to the Shopclues.com and called to customer care also many times but all the time they said we will arrange the proof of delivery which will be sent to you within next 7 business day but till now they didn't do it and didn't return my amount.

I ordered chin up bar from shop clues on 9th apr and now its been 14 days my order is not yet delivered .I am very much disappointed by service and I promise that I will never shop from shop clues . I want my order any how in this week .
