[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Order number 27229913 Not Delivered | |||
I placed an order for Crompton Geyser from Shopclues.com on 19th November. They confirmed me through mail/sms that the order will be delivered by 27th Nov. However, after waiting till 30th Nov, I made a call to customer care executive to get the details. The Executive said the product is not available in their store and so cannot be shipped. When I started asking them why it was not intimated to me earlier and is being informed only when I made the call, they put my call on mute. I called them again with the same result. When I called them thrice, they promised me that they will arrange a call with the management team next day which did not happen. They wasted my time (12 days) and haven't refunded my money yet. Its a very bad experience and I was thinking there should be some user friendly portal for logging complaint through which the government should take legal actions on these merchants which just promise their service but never deliver them. You should pay penalty for wasting my time and keeping my money for all these days.
I would suggest schedule a call with me to speed up the process as now, I m very much aware of your quality of service.
