ShopClues.com — Payment made to Shopclues but Refund Not Received | |||
I have placed two orders online via Order IDs mentioned below: [protected]Product - IKall K2 1 GB 8 GB Champagne Smart Phone) [protected]Product - Artek X96 Mini Android 7.1, Smart Android Box with Amlogic S905W) The products haven't been delivered. The Order status is Penidng Payment as per Shopclues app. The payment got debited from my Googlepay. State Bank of India gave the evidence that the payment has been made to [protected]@axisbank. However, Shopclues customer care is saying they didn't receive the payments. Date of Order - 11/May/2020 Shopclues customer is not responding properly.
