[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — prize winning money

I got letter on official shop clues letter pad 0n 30/10/18, with 1lack certificte of acheivement & scrach card announcing winning 10 lacks.
I contacted helpline no.[protected] as informed in letter.
I paid following amount for they have demanded
1) 1% bank money
2) 3% gst
3) 4% / 5% income tax
4) 50000/- rbi refundable
5) 20000/- on amount to sbi bank person to transfer amt.
6) 30800/- deposit amount for amount to transfer more than 10 lacks in my saving account.
7) 21000/- + 7000/- + 3000/- to split 11 lakh amt to my 2 bank aconts. The money was automatically debited from my account.

In all total @ rs. 190000/- (One lakh ninety thousand)
Still today money is not credited in my account.
I put faith in shop clues letter + sbi complaint contacts + sbi helpline nos.
I got all the contact nos. From website.
Now i am in deep trouble as i have borrowed money from some people.
I request shop clues officials to take immediate action & credit the prize money.
