I HAVE ORDERED A CASIO EDIFICE WATCH WORTH RS.3550 ON 26 JANUARY 2015.BUT ON DELIVERY I HAVE FOUND THAT MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED.I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN TO SHOPCLUSE REGARDING THIS.PICKUP IS GENERATED AND ON 6 FEBURARY 2015 MY WATCH HAS BEEN PICKED UP BY JV EXPRESS.ON 12 FEBURARY 2015 MY REFUND AMOUNT IS PROCEED BUT I HAVE NOT GET MY AMOUNT ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WANT THIS MONEY FOR SOME OF MY NEEDS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.I AM A STUDENT.I ALSO HAVE SOME ANOTHER ESSENTIALS WORKS BESIDES THIS. WHENEVER I CALL SHOPCLUSE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY AFTER 48 HRS. I was create 2 EA orders from shop clues[protected] Apple headset ) and[protected] Haf shorts) .
Please see check details below as per order
1 For order no ; ;50048242
Apple iPhone iPad Earphones Ear Pods with Remote and Mic Hands free Headphones For iphone 3, 3S, 4, 4S&5 more (QTY:1)
Estimated Delivery Between: Fri 8 May and Sun 10 May
they have sent 1 order but defective not working then i informed to after recieve my courier .
then they forwarded the other headphone but the Jack is already damage i have shown in pics .
problem is reverse Pick up ok. he says to me i will sent to via courier then check item the refund .
its shop clues responsibility to reverse pick because we have no time to go there .
this is all the matter .
they didn't any reply after my 2nd headset query please provide reverse pick up and refund my amount as soon as it is.

the quality is very poor and cloth stretch with ends and joints .
I forwarded the complaint he shown return complete but no update yet in mail id or shopclues error .
i already check with amount in my account but no credit issued for me.
