Sir, I have booked a micromax android one phone on dated 11/02/2015 at about 11.00am for my wife but due to some reason my wife refuges to use it so i cancelled the order at about 3.00 pm .As i paid the amount rs 5449/- by netbanking at the time of placing the order so i want my money refund back. their executive contact me on 16/02/2015 at about 12.00pm that the refund of 5449/- will be definately done today or on tomorrow morning (17/02/2015) but sorry to say sir it was not done till now 18/02/2015 9.35 am. every time they make false promises and sending false emails to refund the same in 2-3 days.please sir do the needful. thanks
