I have purchased SAMSUNG 40" LED TV 40J5200 from SHOPCLUES.COM on OCTOBER ( Order No[protected], i received it on nov. 21st ( 7 months running ) but from yesterday( 28.06.2017 )it is out of order, I have raised complain in Shopclues.com but they are not doing job properly and my TV is under 1 year warranty period, So please help me to solve this problem and recover it. As i was placing an order, through sbi debit card i entered the otp and the site get crashed and all th money from my account (amount of rs.30000) is collapsed . i consuled the bank they said that i made the transactions but in reality i didnot so please kindly look over this serious issue and try to compensate my money . urgently please/
